Bought for my husband to wear to work. He has a gray pair, teen pair and a tan pair that he's worn for years (he only 'works' 12 hours a week); but I thought a change was in order. The navy is a great color and since he has a 34" inseam, the fit is perfect. Wore the new ones out for lunch with friends and no one guessed they were "work pants!"

Flexible, comfortable, and very durable. My go to for skating and they're mad cheap. Definitely buying more in the future.

I love these pants, but really wish they would make all the colors available in 28 waist size. I have to size up to 29 for the brown and grey colors, making them not fit as well as the black and navy. I also hope they make all the colors of the 874s available in the slim fit as well.

I won't bye anything else great work pants. The company i work for ro cheap so i bye them myself.

I bought these for my son's school uniform. They are good quality pants and comfortable.

I love them. Basically that's it. So if you're curious about buying a pair, think about them like Jeans and not 874 dickies. I wear 40x32 in 874 and 38x34 in jeans, if that helps.

I like my pants to fit "close" but not tight. These have turned out to be perfect.

I skate but don't like flex pants like the 894s, yet I love the fit. These pants gave me the answer! Same slim fit as the 894s but sturdy and stiffer the way I'm used to skate pants feeling. I dont like flex pants cause it feels like I'm wearing old man dress pants, or almost like sweatpants/pajama bottoms. These 873s are the bomb!

Best pants for skateboarding but also perfect for work. They also match every shirt I own.

Actually slim, straight and they fit me - awesome! Dickies had 36x36 work pants that didn't feel like work pants, a win win for me.

I've been wearing original dickies everyday for the last 10years. This is the first time ordering the slim fit straight. They are the same quality. The fit seems a little different. They sit lower but seem just at baggy. I probably won't wear them to work. They will be my good going out dickies. Also the belt loops are larger, making it easier to get a belt through. However the loops are in different spots, putting my wallet chain is kind of a strange spot.

I have been buying these for a couple of years now. I like the way they fit, especially since I have worked my butt off! Seriously, no butt. These work well for that. Jeans just don't look right. You will like these.

I love the look and nice modern fit of these pants and they never seem to wrinkle. Because the material is kind of rigid, the cut of the pants really shows and looks great. I wear 36 x 32. The room in the rear is a bit limited though and just fits me at 6'2" and 200lbs. If you have a bit of junk in the trunk, you don't want these. Go for a more relaxed model. The 32 inch inseam was just enough to give me about a third of a break at the shoes. Pretty accurate fit. I washed them on cold and hung to dry. No wrinkles and minimal shrinking. As far as working in them, I could move around in them okay and they seem like they will last. If they didn't have that big neon yellow Dickies logo, I might wear these out with a nice button up shirt.

I've been a skater for many years now, and have burned through many, many pairs of pants. After trying dickies, I've never gone back. Nothing can compare to the durability of these pants for the price. Both these and the 874s are perfect for skating (I personally perfer the slightly slimmer fit of these.) Overall, these pants are the best bang for your buck if you demand durability out of your pants, as all skater do.

Stop looking for other pants, these are the ones you want. Trust me
