I don't know what's happened. I've been wearing 874's for 30+ years so I know how they fit. I recently bought a pair of the 874 flex pants and I bought the same exact size I have been for about 5-6 years. Same exact color, waist, and inseam that I did last time. The fabric feels different, they are an inch or so longer when it actually says the same inseam, and even though they appear to be about the same size waist I can't even get them on! I don't know what the heck the deal is. I laid them down over my other 874 pants. As I said before they pretty much look like they are the same size waist but they don't fit! They are ever so slightly smaller but not enough to make it to where I can't put them on.

Ordered a size 30 waist. When they came in they were marked 30 but could not have been bigger than 28

I have given this order 1 star because there is nothing lower. On the new pants that I received and returned; 1. they were marked 36x30 (the size I ordered) but the waist measured 30". 2. the fabric felt cheap and synthetic. the belt loops were twice as wide as they were on the last pairs that I had bought, easily twice as wide as needed. 3. The closure at the belt line was a button but has been replaced with a cheap metal "hook and eye" type closure. Overall "CHEAP","INFERIOR", "POOR QUALITY".

The fabric on these is most certainly not good. It's embarrassing to wear something that's covered in white fuzz balls The company says my picture I sent were normal wear Psht of course no refund

It is a shame you used to have the work pants that had a stretch band in the waistband. Then that was discontinued But a flex band was a little different and were fine so I ordered flex 40" waist that do not fit. I think there needs to be better description

Sizing not true, there is almost no flex in the waistline.
They'd be ok if they actually were true to size.

I love these pants, been wearing them for years but the inconsistency with sizing is completely out of control

Big and Tall....stops at 34 length. What kind of vertically challenged people do you have working here? Tall, what a joke dickies are.

Pants were extremely small for a 38 waist. I usually fit between a 36-38 and the 38 flex fit felt like a 34.

The 874 FLEX Work Pants I received had no give in the waist, seat or legs. Also, the zipper for the fly is roughly half the length of what it should be.

Dickies, even the flex brand, do not fit well at the waist. Where I am a 32 in any other pant, I am a 34 in dickies which makes the pant legs way too wide for my taste. This was not the case ten years ago.

I wear a 33/30 pants. However the pants I received were miss-sized... Couldn't button them, and there was Zero room for my business

I love the look of these pants on my husband but he's normally a 38 and a size 38 in these fits like a 34. It's just annoying to have to return and then his size not be an option

Despite having the word FLEX in bright red lettering along the inner waist, my most recent purchase does not actually have the elastic waistThere is zero give. I have some older pairs where the stretch is obvious, not so in the latest batch. Bummer, as this means they end up feeling about 1-2 inches too tight.

Without a doubt the worst pants ever made. With just a few times wearing the pants they fuzzed up and got very thin. Holes came in the front of the pants very quickly. Everything that was touched stuck to the pants. We have bought Dickies work pants for years and they have held up well for the kind of work that I do but the Flex pants are horrible.

They don't fit. I guess I'm to FAT. Now I have to return. I thought they had a flexible waist band when i ordeded but it's stiff as a board. The flex material is nice and flexible but the waist needs a flex setup. It's the land of the all you can eat. Of course you should have some sort of suspension waist band set up for the fat guys and girls who wearing dickies nowadays. It's 2023 come on man

Sadly these are no longer the 874 FLEX pants I used to know and buy on a regular basis. They no longer come with the flexible band in the waist. Wish Dickies didn't change the signature fit on these.

Just receiver two pair of 874 Flex pants 46X30. Neither are same. Waist is probably a 42,44 at best, no room in the crotch. There sure is no Flex in either. Your offshore plants are either using less material, cutting them wrong, mislabeling them wrong or a combination of all three. But you already know this, but just don't care. Higher prices, less quality and no pride. P.S. they're coming back to you.

I bought a pair of pants with a 40 waist and they were entirely too small. I usually wear a 38-40 pants but these did not even come close to fitting
