I have purchased three different sizes of dickeys and they all fit the same

These pants are no where near the better thicker material anymore. Also, the 1st wear they had fuzz balls in them and when. More after washing them. Bring back the better these cost too much to have to deal with this

Agree with many commenters that these are great pants, but the waist sizing is all over the place. All the pants I own are 36/34. I ordered three pairs of these, in 36/34, and all three had different waist sizes. One I could squeeze into, the other two were impossible to wear. The grey ones were 34 in the waist at best, maybe smaller. I ordered one pair of 36/34 original (non-flex) 874, and the sizing was even more off. It's fine if you, as a company, decide to build your pants to a smaller size standard, but just say so in the product descriptions so we can order accordingly.

The sizing is different from pant to pant. I ordered 4 pairs and two were different widths than the others.

They didn't fit so I sent them back, good quality pants though!

These were purchased for my father, specifically because in the past he has had their flexible waistband which is great when you are an in-between size. This is not those pants. There is no flex, despite the "flex" being printed all over the inner waistband. I pulled and pulled....no flex. Had to return them. There wasn't a great answer when I asked why they are called flex (I called to ask!)...other than the waistband flexes, which is does not. So on the hunt to find the "right" pants for Dad now.

Top pairs of paints same type same size. But different size.

The pants arrived quickly but this was the only good thing. Sizing is way off as I still own 2 pair of Dickies that are measured out at a 34 waist and fit as they should. The pants I received were 2-3 inches too small. Judging from other comments this is becoming a pretty standard issue for Dickies. This is a shame as I have always enjoyed my Dickies pants.

The pants are good and have been for years I stopped purchasing dickies years ago due to one down fall which is the hook and eye closure If they dickie were to go back to the brass button or any button I would be a customer again I wore dickies my whole life ( I'm 62) but had to stop due to that one issue

I ordered my normal size, but they were too small.

I ended up returning these pants as the size wasn't even close to the size I wear in other pants.

Not really "flex". Waist has not give what so ever

I don't know why they're called "Flex" pants. We ordered the exact same size in the original fit and the flex pants are smaller.

Seemed to be well made but the waist was so tight that I had to send them back. The waist on these runs so small that I wasn't sure that exchanging them for a pair two sizes up would be big enough. 32x34 (my normal size and the size of every other pair of pants that I own) wouldn't even come close to fastening. So I'm trying out both 34 and 36 waist sizes and I'm hoping at least one of them fits. I'm having to order the 874 flex because my company requires me to. The word "flex" is misleading because there is absolutely no flex or stretch in the waist.

Pants seemed alright, but extremely small. I ordered a size larger than my normal jeans and I could not even button them.

When I think of flex pants I also think of a flex waist. These pants did not flex in the waist much at all. The size was a lot smaller than other pants that I wear in the waist. About 2 inches shorter. I sent them back and the return was a good experience.

They never have my size. Stiff as a board. For a nationwide brand, one would expect to find exactly what they are looking for

Fit 1-2 sizes too small. Material is nice, but you need to order a 34 in these if you wear a 32 in other pants.

After only 2 weeks the pants are wearing out in many places. Maybe it's the flex material. I have old Dickies from the 90s I made into shorts that are in better shape still.

Not too happy with my purchase, the sizes are always inconsistent. I have ordered the same size for almost 2 years, and each one fitting a little tighter than the other or some just perfect. Now i usually don't write reviews but this time I had to, because the pants came extremely tight!! 38 waist 30 inseam One Navy blue and the other Charcoal, The same exact size yet one was impossible to wear and the other was barely bearable to keep on!

QC suffers. Pants have a hole in the pocket where it is not sewn properly.

Bought two very similar style pants. Same "size". On style is too loose on waist and one is two tight. Somebody needs to buy these guys a tape measure!

Why did you drop the flannel lined 874 work pants. Working men depended on this product in warehouses, on job sites etc. Why are you spending so much effort on all your trendy stuff and turning your back on those who have bought Dickies for years.

These pants have always been exceptional. However I ordered the same size that I am currently wearing and they are too small. Sadly I am returning my order
