Unfortunately I thought there was going to be literal flex in the pants, but there none. I must have misread the description when I ordered them. I had to send them back.

These pants are so much more comfortable than the 874 Originals, but it comes at a cost. I've been wearing them approx. 18 hours a week as a server and they are already blown out in the crotch area. Plus, they cost more than originals. Dickies are usually great for the affordability and durability combo, but if I need to buy a pair of these every 3 months, it really isn't worth it. I'd suggest them if for casual wear but not workwear.

My new 874 Flex pants fit great & looked good until (on their second day) my cat jumped on my lap and gave them a scratch. Hooked claw pulled a thread, and they ran like an old pair of stockings. I'll stick with 874 Originals.

I ordered 6 pair. 2 tan. 2 grey 2 black. The grey and tan fit. The black is smaller in the waist. All 36/34. Black don't fit at all. This was the only problem with my order

All pants in my closet are 36" waist so I ordered 36" waist Dickies, they would reach to buckle them.

What happened to the elastic waistband? The description in "Product Details" mentions "The elastic active waist". Be aware these pants Do Not have any elastic in the waistband. You will have to go up a size or two to get a good fit. Will have to return my recent purchase. Very disappointed. Still a good product, except for the redesign of the waistband.

Fit was good, but the fabric was very thin and flimsy, felt more like wearing dress slacks than good ol sturdy Dickies. Maybe it's a preference for others but just not for me.

The fabric was nice but the fit was significantly smaller than my other Dickies of the same size. Had to return.

Pants fit good but missing 2 belt loops on each pair there's paint marks when the loops should have been

I love the look of the pants and the feel of the material. Sizing is not accurate, I wear a 42 in all other pants but ordered 44 waist in this brand and pants was tight I had to reorder a size 46 for them to fit at the waist, which required me to have the pants tailored due to leg areas being to large. that was also another added cost.

There pants are ok but not as comfortable as the flex waist pants you discontinued that had elastic strips on each side of the waist band.

Size may vary. Ordered 2 pair of same size pants and one fits smaller than the other.

Great work pant. However, the fit is very small around the waist. I usually wear a 32"and the 32" I ordered fit like a 28". I then ordered a 34" waist and they are too big, very inconsistent sizing.

Pants fit nice and are comfortable. My problem is that with the first washing they got all these little balls on the front of the thigh area. Not bad 1st wash but every wash after that gets worse . Ill stay with original 874s.

I purchased a pair to replace the discontinued Loose fit pants with the cell phone pocket that I absolutely loved. I ended up giving them to my Grandson. 38 Waist on these runs too tight.

I really like these pants but sizing is very inconsistent. Identical sizes never fit the same.

While I'm told that my waist is 42" I am comfortable wearing 38". These pants fit pretty well for me, However, I must make sure to pull them from the dryer immediately. If I forget, they come out a crumpled mess and I have to iron them, which is a huge bummer.

Great pants but needs a side pocket like the double knee pants

3 sizes above what is true for the jeans. They don't flex like it. Should. It says. Flex.

I ordered larger than normal and they are too small. Order 2 waist sizes bigger than normal

I Order all pants in size 36x30 these are pretty snug in the wait with no "flex" in the waist area they will be worn in frequently

Decent fit and feel. Durable. The front pockets are somewhat constricting; I feel they should be larger with more room. The 874 Flex pants don't truly have a stretch waistband but still have a good fit. Maybe remove "flex" from the name until you add a real stretch waistband. Also the value could be better when buying online. There is not much difference in price between online and a retail store. Online has much less overhead than a store. Pass on the savings, will ya.

I have the exact same size in another exact same p[air and these new ones were far too small

I like the pants but as a woman I wish you made a style like this for women, ones made for people with curves. I had to go a size up just so they would fit. But they are to big for my waist. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Relatively light weight and comfortable. Love the dark gray color to minimize stain visibility. Only two complains. First is that the pockets aren't deep enough and second the legs taper just a little too much and get bunched on top of boots.
