I bought this item for work here's my opinion
Pro: its well built, warm and sized correctly for a jacket. I wear XXL and this still allows for a space for arms to reach and shoulders to move as one is lifting stuff or moving around. It was flexible enough for work activity without becoming tight. Con: this is the dickies traditional design but needs updating a tiny bit. Please add inside pockets. The pen pocket on arm is nice but not helpful. Please add second button at sleeve. This would help with adjustments.

I bought this jacket to replace one I have had since '01/'02. if I had not of abused the thing I am sure it would have gone longer! and I never would have imagined how warm these things are but they certainly do the job well. and better than comparably priced competitors, which is another thing... the price cannot beat. also, the ruggedness. these are tough! you can easily spend a lot more for less and probably get something that is not as durable, either. I could go on ...
sidetone: the sizing runs a little big. the jacket I bought 20 years ago is a large but fits the same as a medium in todays sizes. no problemo!

I love this jacket. If fits comfortable, gets warm and it's got good pocket space. The material strong. It works well for the things I do.

I bought the jacket for 2 good reasons. It is very comfortable and the dirt and grease washes right out of the jacket.

Very comfortable jack, keeps me warm when unloading trucks. Only con is cuffs could use another slot to button up tighter on wrist, they are a little long.

This jacket is perfect for most winter days in central Oklahoma. It is not too heavy and not too light. Dickie's is a great company.

I had owned an unlined Eisenhower living in the Southeast for years, and loved it. After moving to NM, and its colder winters at higher elevation, the lined Eisenhower is perfect, and really looks great in Lincoln Green.

A well built sturdy jacket with a nice linning, nice enoungh for work or play. I liked the slick linning which makes it easier to get over sweaters or such.

Seeing a lot of stuff about the zipper breaking. I bought this jacket at a thrift store 11 years ago and it became pretty much the only jacket that I ever wore. I don't know how many years it had on it at the time, but the zipper on mine held up for years of wearing it 5+ times per week, and having a nervous habit of repeatedly zipping and unzipping my coat. Finally, after 11 years, other parts of it were frayed enough that it was time to buy a new jacket. I'm expecting this zipper to outlast human civilization.

I bought this jacket for work and I absolutely love it. Not to heavy to work in but yet still plenty warm. I've worn it this week with the weather at 15F with just a t-shirt under it and been plenty warm enough.

I've always ordered dickies in the twill brand and they always washed out black after the first wash and would shrink unbelievably every time. So I took a last chance on these... they don't have 2 back pockets which is the only negative I have on them. I am 5'8, 145 pounds and ordered a size 2 Un-hemmed they were long but i cuffed up twice in the little cuffs and they fit perfect. The color hasn't faded at all after 10+ washes and they didn't shrink.

I love this jacket so much! It's not too thick and definitely not too thin. I got it in the green color way and it looks so cool too. The fit is perfect.

I am 6'6" and 240 pounds, broad across the shoulders, with a dress shirt size of 18x37. I ordered the XL Long jacket and it fits me perfectly. Other jackets I have had to order in 2XL and then taken in at the sides and waist to keep from looking boxy and tent-like. This Ike jacket is generously cut yet fits without a need for such modification. The sleeves are almost too long, but I ain't bitchin', since I have full sleevage when my arms are stretched out in front of me, for example when riding a motorbike or shooting. The Lincoln green color is a blast from the past, I love it and it turns my hot wife on. Insulation is not over the top, and acts more like additional windbreak (Yay!) than a layer of warmth. The price cannot be beat.
