I'm tall and was glad my 2XLT fit just like I wanted the too. At 6'-3" it's hard to find a T-shirt that goes below the belt line and this size worked out great for me.

I bought 3 size M for work and the fit perfect, i'm 5'7" @ 185 pounds. Shirt is not to loose or tight just perfect fit and really comfortable. I work on floors and im on my knees most of the day so i really like the long tail which keeps my back cover.
