Perfect for weight lifting. Not as good for running/jogging.

Comfortable, sturdy and hard wearing. Exactly what I needed for a functional workout.

Great for crossfit, providing enough support and comfort to see me through a class.

Just started at Crossfit. These shoes made a massive difference to weight training, so much more stability than 'normal' trainers therefore increased my confidence. Absolutely awful to do any running/jumping section of a workout though it must be said.

You know what your getting with the nanos , strong , versatile and perfect for working out in.

best lifting platform outside of Lifters. Great stability but is missing the flexibility. Like Crossfit it should be well rounded

It's a versatile shoe focused on CrossFit and seems it will last the test of time.

It's a good shoe but with the Nano 8, this is gets pushed to the a lower rung. Overall not bad.

Seems like a really solid built shoe and flexible at the same time.

It performs well when WODing. It looks awesome too.

This is a good shoe for weight lifting. It provides a flat surface needed for balance.I would not recommend running in these. Try some on in store before purchasing.

Soles are a bit harder than I am used to, but the support is first-rate! Plenty of room even for my wide feet. Love the color and look forward to many more workouts on these babies!

This was the second pair I had to buy. I had to size up by a half in order to make the width fit. Love the stability of the shoe not a great shoe to run in.

I wanted a pair of workout shoes and these are perfect for CrossFit!

the give good comfort but a little wide in the front

Shoes were a little tight at first but since have molded to my feet. Very comfortable and seems to be holding up well.

The shoes are my favorite so far. Very comfortable and good stiffness for lifting but still good for WODs with runs in them. Wouldn' Recommend for someone who prefers less stiff shoes. The only thing that i've Disliked about the 7 and the 7 weaves is that from doing HSPUs the outsole in the back gets messed up and separates.

Too early to say how they'll hold up but so far I really like them as my first pair of Crossfit shoes. Wish they were a bit more snug in the back for me but a HUGE step up from the Chuck Taylor's I wore my first day doing Crossfit.

Good show for CrossFit/weightlifting. Not ideal for any cardio or running exercises.

Make sure you wear ankle or higher socks slight rubbing on ankle

I typically wear a 9 but I had to get a 9.5 in these so they run a little small. Overall a great shoe
