These shoes fit true to size and I would have loved to keep them, but although the picture shows the shoe is completely black leather... the heel was a shiny bronze. I wish it was all black as shown!

Excellent! Comfortable and attractive.

Size and fit was fine, but heel was "too shiny" My foot slipped forward in it.

Pointy toe is stylish with the heel height. Shoe is comfortable and well made. I hope the shiney wrapped heels do not scratch--but willing to take the risk.

This is a good shoe to own. It looks pretty good and it seems very comfortable. (So far, I've only worn it around the house. I will wear it to a family wedding this weekend.) The heel is low enough to be comfortable, but still looks dressy because of the shiny finish. And the price is reasonable for something I will likely only wear a few times. The shoe definitely runs big: I usually wear an 8 or 8.5, sometimes in a wide, but this shoe fits me in a 7.5 medium. (Thank you, Zappos, for the easy return of the 8 wide, 8 medium and 7.5 wide.)

I had to return my pairs they were a little narrow in the toe box. I want to order a size larger, however, there are none available in black. Love the style and quality. Feels like a sturdy shoe.

I'm returning this beautiful shoe because I have a really hard time bending/twisting to fasten them. The only thin ankle straps that seem to work for me are ones that "spin" around to be buckled and then replaced on the side.

I like these shoes a lot. They're not super high fashion, but are comfortable and nice looking. Love the block heels! I bought them in black with black heels. I first ordered them from Nordstrom, and they sent me black with bronze heels (the online photo showed black), which I definitely didn't like. They were also big. So I ordered them from Zappos in a half size smaller. They sent me black shoes with black heels. I'd love to order the Dove and Blush, but they feature those bronze heels. Not my style at all.

These heels look amazing but offer very little arch support - you know how when you wear strappy heels your arch just feels suspended from the sole? I felt like all the weight had to go to the balls of my feet because of my unsupported arch. As the other reviewer mentioned, the strap is in a weird place - right on my ankle joints and walking makes my ankles uncomfortable. Been looking for a pair of strappy heels with great support for a while now but still no luck... I guess perhaps the very idea of strappy heels means some part of your feet is doomed to hurt??

I am an 8.5. Ordered 8 and 7.5 W. 8W was the best fit, but my foot moves around a bit, I put in something underneath my foot by toes and that helps. The shoe I ordered was all black, but kept coming with the gold shiny heel, which I didn't want, but they couldn't guarantee I would get black as shown so ended up keeping them. Hoping they are comfortable on my long standing days as they seem in the house.

Bought these shoes in Dove hoping to wear them to my son's wedding. They are beautiful but have a fatal flaw as far as I am concerned....absolutely, positively no arch support. The search continues.

This shoe was way too wide for my foot; I probably need a narrow.

Was disappointed in the quality of the shoe, the seam showed glue residue. The toe area was to pointy and made the shoe look huge. The color was a bit off. The heel color was a nice beige but the toe area was more gold. Almost clashed... The shiny heel did not add to the look. Not for me.

I typically by a M width but 1/2 size larger for my slightly wide foot. Since this came in a wide - I bought my correct size hoping the extra room up front would make the heel comfortable. I found it a little too wide but the main problem was the skinny ankle strap - fit fine but pulled funny when I walked. I'm sending these back but maybe if I had bought the 1/2 size up in a M it would have been better but I don't think so. I think the strap is not placed correctly.
