Love these socks! Perfect height and just the right weight. Warmy and cushy!

My 82 year old mother uses both these and the medium weight socks. She prefers the medium weight socks (she says a bit more cushion) but she has a 4e wide foot and has problems with shoes being too narrow. So she uses these socks when she wears walking shoes that are a bit tight. When Mom walks without these socks she has neuropathy burning on the bottom of her feet. So she walks exclusively in these (or the medium weight) socks. A note that we have found the socks need to be dried on low heat. If you dry on high heat the socks will shrink. If that happens, they can be stretched out by wearing them. I have worn Darn Tough socks for 10+ yrs and they are still doing great. I now wear them exclusively (retail job, walking, hiking, etc.) as they have solved my own foot issues. If I wear other socks I start to have foot issues again.

so far so good. i bought these because i have trouble with seams rubbing my toes on hikes.

I got these for the gym but thought I would try them for trail running. They were a little too cushy and loose, so I could feel my sole slipping. Will still to gym workouts without a lot of foot movement.

I love this sock! I walk 4-5+ miles a day and these fit well, are well cushioned, keep my feet dry, and look good too. Whats not to love?

My midweight hiking my socks arrived just in time for spring hiking. I switched from winter boots to a lighter boot and wanted a little less insulation from my socks. These are perfect! A nice cushion underfoot in zero drop footwear with a slightly lower profile at the ankle, where I dont need the extra coverage. Maine springtime includes wet feet and these socks can handle it, keeping my feet warm whether wet or dry. Plus they are wicked cute!

My favorite socks to wear for hiking/climbing approaches, general cold weather and with my deck boots when I work on commercial fishing boats. Warm, comfortable, and they never slip down.

I love all my Darn Tough Socks but these are a new fave! They are very comfortable and I really like the quarter height. Perfect with my hiking boots and sneakers for walking.

Love my darn tough socks. They are not only comfortable but in nice pleasing colors. They last a long time and if they do happen to wear thin Darn Tough will replace them at tho charge to me the customer. Great company. Am very pleased with not only this purchase of socks from them but also many previous purchases.
