Never thought I would spend this much on socks but this is a second purchase. These socks are comfortable and warm. They feel so much higher quality than other wool socks I've purchased. The fit is good and no slipping down. I've followed the advice and wear them 3 times before washing with no problems. I also follow the washing instructions because if I spend this much on socks, I want them to last. I feel like they are worth the extra expense & care. Great socks and looks like a great warranty but I don't think I'll have to use it.

I love how these socks actually keep my feet warm. The padding on the bottom makes me confident they wont wear through as quickly as my other socks. While there were more pricy per pair, the lifetime warranty makes the investment worthwhile. I look forward to getting more socks soon!

Got these for my daughter, she loves them. She says the padding is really nice, and they're really comfortable. A top quality pair of socks.

I love ny new socks. I live in Northern Michigan and I drive a school bus. We get some very cold weather here and at 5 am got out into below zero temps I need warm feet and your socks are top notch for Warth and comfort as well as durability they are the perfect weight for a long comfortable day. I even bought 5 pairs of the mens same socks for my son in law who works as a Union glazier in Michigan and is on his feet all day in all weather he loves them. My daughter a Union Ironworker in Michigan out in all weather as well is the one who turned us on to your Darn tough Socks. Thank you

Very comfortable, and warm!

These are my favorite cold weather socks. I have 3 pairs of this weight and wear them pretty much all winter. I lost a pair. Hope someone else found them and love them as much as I do. I also have a pair of the heaviest Darn Toughs just in case its super cold but this weight works down to single numbers with boots and are great in the fall and spring with my Tevas which I wear for walking outdoors and with slippers when floors are cold inside. Plus, I never have cold feet in bed anymore. I have DTs of all weights, colors and heights for all weather. I still have my first pair that I got more than a dozen years ago. Im a former long-distance walker. Wore Tevas and Darn Toughs all the way to Georgia (1000 miles, 8-12 miles a day in 2015 at age 70). I have bony old feet with serious bunions. DT socks allow me to still walk up to 10 miles a day. No blisters! Love, love, love my DTs all weights, all year.

My feet feel so secure and well loved in these socks. No itching around ankle. Amazing warmth as i walk my pup in the freezing temps (20s). Will definitely be buying more!

I love these more than I thought I would! They're nicely padded and give that bit of uplift across the arch that's so fancy. Best of all, they aren't too tight around my ankles, which for folks with varicose veins like me is so important. The high merino content is magic. Love them so much, I got a pair for my SIL too!

Took a few pairs on a winter trip to Colorado and they withstood everything thrown at them in the mountains! They kept my feet nice and warm during extremely cold temperatures. I even got my feet a little wet trudging through snow but the socks dried out so quickly that it wasn't an issue; others in my group had to change their socks and I may have been a little smug about it. I like how they let your feet breathe without ever feeling sweaty. No bunching up, no rolling down my ankles - simply perfect.

These are very comfortable and warm socks. Wore them on a 6 mile hike on new years and they were amazing! No rubbing and my feet felt great after the hike and the next day.

I usually don't spend this much for socks but I will definitely be purchasing more. These are so comfortable and well made. They are the perfect weight for my walking shoes, comfortable without too much bulk. They keep my feet warm without sweating. We will see over time how they hold up. I'm going to follow the washing suggestions because I want these socks to last. They are an investment but I think they will be worth it.

I have really bad feet and these socks make them feel so much better. I can wear them for 3 days in a row and the cushion holds up. Wont wear any other socks now that Ive found these.

I never thought I'd be raving over some socks! I was skeptical about the price but they are worth every cent. After a friend bought me a pair as a gift I took the plunge and ordered 4 more pairs. I usually wear a size 7 and the smalls fit perfectly. I bought a pair of mid weight socks as well as heavy weight for colder weather. I bought two pairs with the full cushion and two pairs with the regular cushion. All the socks hug and support my feet and finally my hiking boots feel comfortable. The cushioning is just fabulous and my old feet don't feel so tired anymore. Customer service is lovely too.

I have several pairs of these socks. Until I started wearing Darn Tough socks, I wore holes in all my socks. I don't wear holes in my Darn Tough socks at all even though I wear them on a daily basis!! I love them and love the money I save in not having to buy replacements. They are so comfortable, come in various weights for whatever your need may be and they are designed to not wear out. Plus, they come in cool colors!!

The fit is exact and although I was skeptical the socks wear well without the need for daily washings. They are comfortable and if they last as long as they are touted to then they are also an incredible bargain
