Likely the worst quality dress shoe and customer service Ive ever experienced. The heel fell apart and begin eating into the wood portion right at 30 days. The first response from customer service was that because it was one week over that they couldnt help me. After following up and informing them I work a corporate job and take care of my shoes (which they indicated was my fault) they offered me a $50 gift card and 25% off another purchase. This after paying $258 to have them delivered to my house. Funny as i was almost bought another color at the same time I purchased the first pair. Look great, horrible quality, poorly trained staff and policies for customer service.

I was very excited when I received my new Chris Venetian Loafer which I purchased from the Frye Store on Amazon. Less than two months after delivery and less than 10 times wearing them, the stitching at the rear of the shoe has come unstitched. Since Frye sells "quality", I thought I would get some help, either a repair or replacement, however I was informed that since they were bought from a third party retailer, they could not help me. I purchase what I feel are quality products so I don't have to deal with this type of stuff, however, the one instance in the past where something like this happened, the manufacturer stood behind their product and replaced it. I hope you have better luck with the quality and customer service than I have.

I've have a couple pairs of boots that are great but don't dress down well. These Chris Venitian shoes fit that space between athletic shoes and dressier boots in my wardrobe. They dress down very well and are very comfortable.

Nice looking shoe but not as comfortable as past Frye loafers. Very little cushion or arch support.
