I found out about Darn Tough socks in 2018 while on business travel to Utah. I stopped into a hiking/camping/outdoors store on the outskirts of SLC. Ive been a fan ever since that day. These socks were purchased for hunting in the Midwest in mid fall where the weather can be rather unpredictable. These socks are amazing. This is not your grandpas wool. These are soft enough to directly against the skin for all day comfort and performance. Highly recommended and I DO recommend these EVERY time Im asked. How big of a fan and how good are these socks? I wear Darn Tough socks exclusively.

Just the best winter sock I've ever worn. I wear them around the farm during fall/winter/spring seasons. You feel just toasty wearing them. I ordered a size large since I knew someone would likely toss them in the dyer and they'd shrink. Happened and now they're perfect. They do tend to slide down and I have to pull them up after a time - that's life! These replace the tall hunting socks that tear easily along the top band. DTV was just great in the return/exchange process. Thank you again. JS

Great socks. Wear them in hunting boots. Soft-soft-soft on the feet. Great support (compression) for lower legs.

Warmth and feel and the guarantee are great

Not as warm as I had expected, not even as warm as the medium weight darn tough socks. The calf portion is comfortable and but the lower foot portion leaves a lot to be desired. My feet are uncomfortably cold in these compared to the other darn tough socks I have. They are also significantly less warm compared to the 100% wool socks these were meant to replace.

These are comfortable, great socks with a lifetime warranty!

Good socks

In boots 8-16 hours a day, sometimes longer and these really help. The cushioning keep my feet comfortable and during the cold months my feet stay warm without overheating amd sweating.

Love the cushion and the warmth! I use these with tall rubber boots, mainly.

Used these socks for hunting in South Dakota. Best socks I have ever used and worn hunting. Warm, did not slip or bunch up, did not have to adjust them after walking all day and feet were dry at end of day. For every day use, I will buy nothing but Darn Tough socks from now on.

Warm and comfy!

Not durable as advertised. After a 2 hr hike the front of the sock is already showing the fibers wearing out.

When its colder than 40 degrees, I reach for these toast guys. Extra comfort and cushion allow them to be worn like a slipper around the house

These are great socks. So warm and great for hiking in cold winter weather.
