Thicker than anticipated, but good for cool weather purposes for me. Will be getting light weight ones next. Surprisingly comfy. The lifetime guarantee is reassuring.

Its held up nicely matched with hiking boots, closed toe sandals, and walking/running shoes with wide toe box love those larger sizes!.oh and chest waders for a day a short history, only had a short time but like em !

Love love love these socks. I finally ditched all my other longer socks and have moved entirely to these. They last several years (which kinda doesn't matter given the lifetime warranty) and are comfortable the whole time. Even when they are worn through on the bottom the elastic still flexes and hugs your foot well, unlike so many others that wear out over time. They're super breathable and keep your foot warm even if they get a little wet. I can't imagine ever buying a different hiking sock, I'm just going to keep sending these back in when they get holes in them for the rest of my life. Worth the investment!

I LOVE these socks! Theyre comfy, warm. In the cooler months I wear them every day and my family loves receiving them for presents. They wash and dry well. Only recommendation is if they are quite snug the first time you wear them, air dry them as they do shrink a tiny bit in the dryer. I love the different weights/ thickness of the socks. Sometimes the thinner pair is just right and other times the thicker pair is what I need. Mostly depends on temp and what Im doing. Thrilled they are made in Vermont by nice people. Be well.

Love these socks, keeps my feet dry and warm all day. Used to wear ones made of cotton and nylon but ny feet would get cold and they would sweat. Not with these socks, my toes are toasty! Gifted some to my husband fir Christmas and he lives them too!

Burn your old socks! They stink, don't keep your feet dry, and give you blisters on big activities. Darn Tough makes the best socks thatvsolved are these problems, are comfortable, and really are darn tough.

I got a Christmas gift card to order 3 pairs of these expensive socks to try them out. Color selection is very restricted. Multi-colored is not what I was looking for. When I received them, they looked nice, but after wearing all 3 pairs, I have decided the height of the sock above the ankle is just on the short side a bit. They leave the lower part of my calves cold in winter weather. But I don't want knee high socks to wear with shoes. I won't be ordering more, I guess.

They were a replacement for a damaged pair and the new mediums were longer in the foot then my original mediums so the toe section bunched up instead of fitting length wise like my original pair. My shoe size is 8.5 men's.

Nice socks for hiking, they are very long, I wear a size shoe 10.5 so I purchased 10-12, they would fit an 11.5 or 12.

Best socks ever! Even after standing on my feet all day, I do not feel any pain. Since my feet sweats a lot, I could never wear the same socks twice, but with these I can go 2 days without any stink. Now I can never go back to my old socks.. only downside is they are a little pricey but since it is guaranteed for life, its definitely worth it.

I've had them for a week, but so far so good! I'm hoping it is my sock for an upcoming Camino de Santiago in August. It's a bucket list trip for me and the most important part of this pilgrimage are my feet! I'm thinking that starts with the right sock! I'll let you know!
