I have had Darn Tough Sox for y years now never had a problem, however, the Sox I just received from my latest purchase, slide around on my feet when Im just walking around in the house without shoes on. Never had this problem before. However I will continue to buy them.

These are simply the highest quality socks. This is my first time reordering in 8 years because they last that long. Even after wearing my last pair twice a week for hour long hikes they lasted 8 years. I didnt even feel the need to invoke the lifetime warranty because no other sock would have lasted 8 years, let alone 3, under my use conditions. Happy to give these folks the business. Fit is as expected.

My feet are most comfortable in shoe size 13-14, they measure around 10.5 heel to toe. The XL says it fits 12.5-14.5 shoe size. The XL fits on my foot with some room to spare, if I pull it up tight, the heel comes up a bit. Overall good fit and keeps me warm. Working on buying enough darn tough socks for everyday.

Just got these - theyre what Ive been looking for, I think! So many choices. Ive worn Darn Tough socks for several years - 2 other styles - but wanted ones with longer tops, cushioning, and a smooth knit on the outside. I happened to see these, and even though Im not a man, I think they are exactly what Ive been looking for!

Meant to order a different pair, but purchased these by mistake. Fine for what they are, and soft, though the material doesn't feel as high quality as some other Darn Tough pairs I have.

I never thought I'd be so excited by socks but here I am because of Darn Tough. I'm constantly gifting them to friends. I really think Darn Tough helps activate my friends off the couch and on to the trail!

Warm and comfy. Great socks. A little bit tight going on but they loosen a slight bit with time and form into a perfect fit. I've now bought enough darn toughs to wear them as my every day socks and I'm never going back to regular department store socks.

I'll start with the end of the chase...these socks are great!! A few comments...I'm an XL wearer show size 12.5-13 - I bought a pair from Amazon, and they fit very tight out of the box...awkwardly tight and loose in different places (tight in the heel, loose in the toes, ok in the ankle) -I thought about returning them (Amazon is easy about that) but instead I decided to wash them (Med Temp wash, tumble dry Low with a normal load of laundry, as this would be their life "for life"). -They were immediately more supple and easy to slide into. no downsides. -I bought two more pair direct from Darn Tough, and had the same experience. I would advise any newbies to these to go ahead and wash them immediately. I will do this for any new ones I buy.
