I purchased my DT socks after wearing Wigwam and Smartwool socks for many years. I noticed immediately the thinness and softness and I hope the socks retain this. I typically wear wool socks year round as they are much more comfortable than cotton socks and infinitely tougher. I have a size 15 foot and was impressed that the company produced a sock for people with larger than average feet

They are the best socks I have worn. They do wear out for me on the ball of my feet first. Other than that I have no complaints. When I am ready to return them for new ones, they still feel better than a brand new generic brand sock.

Darn Tough's Hiker Micro Crew Midweight Hiking socks are my favorite winter socks. I have about four pairs and they keep my feet very comfortable by wicking moisture, providing cushion in the right areas, and keeping my feet warm. I wear these socks a lot and they have held up very well. They are truly "Darn Tough".

Quality is great. Warranty is great. Sizing...room for improvement. My feet are the mens avg size (10-10.5). Medium is a bit small (9.5)and Large is a bit big (12). To be fair this is an industry wide problem.

My quest for the perfect sock is over. By far the best comfort and fit of all the other socks I have tried. Very good all around sock, not just for outdoor activities.

These are very comfortable and great fit. I like the midweight feel. The crew style works well in my hiking shoes. As expected Darn Tough socks live up to their claim and these are the only socks I buy.

These socks look good, feel good, and wear well. I have probably now bought a dozen pairs over the years, and having been an ultrarunner and now an aggressive walker, I have put them through extensive, hard use. I expect similar service from my last two pairs.

I wear these for hiking and walking with Hoka sneakers I have done 4 Marathons with the same pair and never got blisters. I will definitely get them again as I need them.
