I bought these for my husband and he wont wear anything but Darn Tough now. Excellent quality, lasting a very long time. I love knowing they were made by Vermonters with the highest level of care. The cushioned sole sets these apart from any other sock. He gets so many compliments as they are gorp core chic!

we have tried a lot of wool socks and so far these rule! Warm but do not make feet sweat. Very comfy too. I love the warrantee idea, we do not need it yet. The fit is very good.

I have been wearing these for a while now, but one pair seemed to lose its elasticity. I reached out, and it was covered under their warranty. A simple exchange and received another pair of high-quality socks shortly thereafter. My only regret is that I never used these socks during my days as an Infantryman. After this past Christmas, I was able to switch out all of my old socks with Darn Tough! Great socks and well worth the money!

Comfortable sock, nice and warm, highly recommend

Daily routine: walk 10 miles every morning, rain, snow, sun or cloud. Six days a week. I need a sock that provides cushion, warmth in the winter (2 pair of Mountaineers), cool in the summer (5 pairs of no show hikers) and spring/fall comfort (5 pairs of micro crew midweight) and 3 pairs of no show white for racquetball. Total 15 pair. Use: hiking, walking, racquetball and everyday casual. Recommended by my extreme backcountry skier sons who said it is the only sock to buy. I took 3 pairs with me when I walked the Camino (twice). Planning another this spring. Age: 73 I've worn out 2 pairs and had no problems replacing them under the best warranty in the industry. Recommend them to everyone. Rarely in our throw away, "useful life" world is there a product that guarantees for life. My hat's off to Darn Tough and it's business model.

Each year my husband and I each get a new pair of socks during the VT Food Bank Drive. Since Darn Toughs last forever, These are about all we have to buy each year. We do have 1/4 and no show socks for summer but here in MT we wear the hiking socks a lot.

Simply the best brand of socks Ive ever owned. Ive also given them to friends and family for gifts and everybody loves them.

I was the last person who would consider buying a pair of socks for $25. At Christmas time I bought myself four pairs at the recommendation of my sons who are avid hikers. After wearing these socks I am considering replacing every pair in my sock drawer!
