I’ve had these boots for about two weeks , so far I love them. I’m on my feet long hours everyday. I work on grating and rough metal flooring and these are holding up. I usually wear Thorogoods, but I wanted to try something new. These Timberlands were comfortable right out of the box, no need for a break in period and no need to switch out the insoles which I normally do with the ‘Goods. I want to really express that these are extremely comfortable. I’m just hoping now that they pass the longevity test. If I can get a good solid 6 months or so out of these before any significant wear and tear or change in comfort I’ll be happy. Thorogoods’ soles usually go out around that time and I resole them. I’ll do that twice before the integrity of the boot itself loses structure and therefore leading to buying a new pair of boots. So like I said, i still have to see how these hold up, and hopefully I can get them resoled when the time comes and see how they preform after that. But all in all I’m super happy with these boots. I actually look forward to having to put them on before work.

Great boot. A bit heavy but worth it!

Amazing boot. 2 coats of Nor V Gen oil and by day 3 felt like it was made for my feet. Tongue stitching does have a bit of a hot spot, but t it softens up by day 3. I do fiberglass boat repair. 10 hrs day on concrete, staging, ladders, in and out tight spaces, climbing all around boats. My feet never complain. Leather appears to be great quality. Time will tell.
