Great traction! Quality leather. I work outdoors in the swimming pool industry. They are comfortable for all day work. I average 7000 steps a day primarily over concrete and they are holding up great. I regularly get water on them and use them in the rain and they have kept my feet pefectly dry. I've received multiple compliments as they are stylish. I did swap out the inner soles for some high arch soles from another brand as i felt the original soles were too inclined, possibly from the thick heel padding. I would definitely buy these again. My feet no longer feel sore as opposed to the expensive sneakers I used to wear . I regularly use Saphir leather conditioner to maintain their appeal and to protect the leather. The outter soles are showing almost no wear!

Got these after a positive experience with the Boondocks HD. I was looking for a less bulky boot and more traditional MocToe boot so it was the Gridworks. Same experience with my previous Timberlands, comfortable from the first minute. A little on the heavy side but feels solid and comfortable.

Sometimes when shopping online the product we like may not always reflect the same image when it arrives in person. With timberland this is not the case. What you see in a flashy advertisement is exactly what you see and get and sometimes even looking better than advertised. If your first instinct tells you to purchase then purchase away. You will regret it when they run out of stock. Great boots and much more. I work as a commercial landscaper rain or shine and cold or hot. I know what works.

My previous reviews reflected a frustrating shipping experience, but I have to commend Timberland's customer servicethey reached out within hours and refunded the shipping fee. That level of responsiveness is outstanding and truly appreciated. As for the shoe itself, I work in the trades and spend most of my day on my feet. I need something comfortable that can carry me through 8-hour shifts, and this pair delivers. I'm a slim guy, and the fit has been greatlightweight, easy to move in, and not bulky or heavy. This is my second pair of Timberland work shoes, and I really put the first one through its paces. The durability and quality are impressive, and I'd absolutely recommend them. Great product, backed by excellent customer service.

Definitely wort the money

The size I purchased were not listed. We ordered a men's size 3.5. My 18 year old daughter has gone into the welding field and no one makes steel toe or composite boots that small.

These boots make their own statement and I wear them every chance I get. I like the way they look and they are super comfortable. I wear them everywhere from work, office, evening outs, everywhere!!!

Bought these after swapping out another pair with help from Timberland supportshoutout to them! Gridworks fit better, feel great so far, and I'm excited to try them on the job soon.

Comfortable boot little on the heavy side but that means great boot

I'm on my fourth pair of the Gridworks soft toe boots. Love them and will continue purchasing them. Last me about 2 years a set. I have had several pair of the Pitboss, but love the switch to the soft toes! Keep up the Good Work Timberland
