I absolutely love the look and fit of these. However they kill my feet. I went beyond the time limit for my trial due to a gout flare up but afterwords still couldn't wear them.

Fit was fine when just standing and comfort was pretty good. The anti-fatigue insoles are great, I’ve had them in other shoes for years.
The inflexibility of the shoe itself, was the issue. No matter how tight I tied the laces, the shoe refused to bend around the ball of your foot and toes where normal shoes do. It’s like walking with your feet tied to a plank of wood. My heel kept sliding and pulling free of the shoe. The size was not too big, it fit great standing still, but the inflexibility cause it to essentially let me walk right out of the shoe with most steps.

This shoe is probably true to my size, I actually ordered what I normally where in other shoes which is half a size larger. Right now my foot is slightly slipping out with the shoe strings tied tight, too tight actually. I will be returning them and ordering my true size and a size E wide as this shoe like most shoes is a normal width, where my feet are sightly wider.

Sorry this is the worst work boot I ever wore and the 2nd work boot from timberland pro to make my feet hurt, I sent back the 1st pair of this type of work boot so I figured I would try again, the 2nd pair hurts even more, I have ice packs on my feet as I write this review. I wish I could send them back, by the way I just started wearing them on Tuesday, I will not be wearing these brand new work boot again, IDK about my next pair work boot.

Absolutely no arch support. When I put shoes on heal area felt like walking on concrete. Extremely hard and uncomfortable. Would not even begin to consider wearing for 12 hour shift. Zero arch support.

Shoes are really heavy, I work in a Whole Foods grocery store, not in an industrial type warehouse. I wanted an athletic shoe but was told I only had one choice (type) of shoe. Doesn't make sense.

Received and wore boot for work after 2 weeks front started peeling off. Figured this is not big deal kept shoe. After 2 months the inside started falling apart. I reached out to there customer service warranty dept to be made to supply pictures and back and forth until finally I was declined return. claim number SA 151523 Paula L from customer service replied to me and basically said I did damage to shoes my self . this is the company you will be purchasing from this shoes are not close a year I had them now about 4 months this is ridiculous and shameful I ADVICE any one looking to buy work shoes do not bother with them and go buy quality shoes, I have had my redwing boots for 7 years and was time to upgrade this is shame i even tried this circus company. Never again. If you are looking to buy good dependable shoes made with quality i suggest Redwing, KEEN, CAT, Wolverine, Skechers even . Don't waste your money and time here seriously this is a joke i did not want my money back I was willing to get return or other product but the customer service is just disgusting and a joke DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED, CHEAP BOOTS And disgusting customer service. Look into your boots warranty and coverage should tell you all you need to know real company stands by their product good or bad. shame on TIMBERLAND came a long way since I was buying them in 90s in NYC.

The shoe has very many safety features and seems maybe why so heavy. I was deployed for a year in Iraq and my combat boots were lighter than these. They are great looking but it's also a wonder that all the wides are sold out. But it's also annoying cause they say fast returns went to like 3 ups locations but had to go to ups store cause no one could print but them. So I wish they would return this item so i can get credited so I can order a pair of shoes that fit

The fit was a little small. Also there is hardly any arch support so your feet will hurt. These shoes really hurt my feet and gave my feet blisters.

I work as a residential HVAC technician. I had the Boondocks for over a year and loved everything about them. Literally no complaints. So I Changed companies and strictly do residential now, So got these. Big mistake. Don't know why but anti fatigue doesn't work on this shoe. My feet smell like I ran a full marathon at end of the day. Any offset surface and I literally roll my ankle 3 times a week in these shoes. I get on my knees while working on units and the tip of the boot where it's protected already peeled off after one month. Man waste of money and should have returned these before 30 days but I didn't. I've had these for two months now and want to get another boot but I definitely don't want these. Really thought these were going to be the Boondocks jr.
