Sorry this is the worst work boot I ever wore and the 2nd work boot from timberland pro to make my feet hurt, I sent back the 1st pair of this type of work boot so I figured I would try again, the 2nd pair hurts even more, I have ice packs on my feet as I write this review. I wish I could send them back, by the way I just started wearing them on Tuesday, I will not be wearing these brand new work boot again, IDK about my next pair work boot.

Absolutely, horrible experience. These shoes caused me blisters. Hurting my foot and harder to work. My manager asked me to return it but Zappos denied it. DO NOT buy these pairs.

It was not the shoes, it was Zappos and their ability or should I say inability to get the correct pair to me after 3 different attempts and I still never got the correct pair.
I'd also recommend:
None from Zappos

I'm a big guy and these shoes are not for a big guy. After 20 minutes on my feet I am in significant pain. There is not enough room in the extra wide to add a good insert.

Let me start off by saying I am female and work as a groundskeepers for 17 years where good boots are a must. I have purchased numerous boots from Timberlands and LOVED every one. This one was god awful. The safety toe digs so far into your toes it leaves painful marks by the end of an 8 hour shift. It says it has the comfort sole .. where?! My feet where KILLING me so bad that I was in tears. Worst worst worst boots. I love this company and the boots they make but this was a clear no.

I've been a timberland customer for years. These are the worst pair of boots I've ever owned. I've had box store boots more comfortable. The 30 day comfort guarantee is a joke. You do not get a full refund. Not a happy customer.

These causes stress fractures on the back of my heels. I've never been so disappointed in a pair of boots. Need to exchange for something different.
