Since the sole was very thick, it was pretty uncomfortable to walk in. Also, the shoe felt about a half size bigger than what it was supposed to be. Maybe it has to be broken in, but after one day, I just couldn’t do it again for another 10 hour shift.

I returned the shoe and tracking says that it arrived at Zappos. Now two weeks and three email messages to support later I received no feedback and my return is still pending. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!

My husband had problem feet so no shoe ever feels good on him. Our only issue with these boots is that he’s only worn the twice and the toes are worn already. We understand is going to happen, but we didn’t expect it after 2 wears. Very disappointed in the quality.

These are amazingly comfortable boots. Love the soles and the front area too. Very very good. The only issue is the material isn't that tough. If you are hiking around and doing heavy duty yard work this is not a good material.

Not very comfortable at all

The boots were extremely tight, even after loosening the lace, I couldn't even fit my foot in without struggle. Once I finally did, the inner sole felt narrower than running shoes. These are not wide at all for the wide fit, I couldn't imagine how tight the normal fit is.

Lasted me 6 months and they were worn out.

It was stiff on bottom really hurts the feet to be walking in all day at work.

These shoes felt smaller than a good fit and actually hurt my feet.

Narrow it wouldn’t fit even with big size even with medium. Bad style from inside. They should make it wider from the sides then it would be the best shoes.

They look good but as for comfort? not so much they have NO ankle support so I had to adjust the way I walk as to not let the boot slip out I wear the same size for the OG timberland 6 inch boot so its not me but the design of this boot. I really wanted to love these boots but I just cant and also they are a bit tight on the top of my feet too.

The 2 stars say Poor but I'm putting this as OKAY! They are not the greatest. They are really heavy and have no breathability. The comfort is okay too. It's not the best shoe I have ever worn. The weight doesn't seem like much at first but I work at Amazon and after 10 hours of work these things feel like cinder blocks. And since my feet sweat so much in these because they have to breathability, my socks are literally damp when I get home to shower. The deodorizer balls was not enough to keep these from starting to smell. I had to additionally get shoes spray as well as take the insoles out and leave them outside to dry properly. Basically, get these if you don't mind them being heavy and if you don't mind damp insoles from how much your feet sweat.
