The fabric is light, soft, silky. The color is beautiful. The problem - it snags too easily. The tag on the item snagged the fabric when I took it out of the package before I even put it on so I'm sending it back.

I bought the white and it is off-white in the most subtle way. It is a beautiful piece and I love it.

This was light and airy and soft, but my husband said it looked like something I dug out of the trash. If they made it in cream, I probably would have kept it anyway, but in black it went back.

A shawl by any other name is still just a shawl. The fabric is very thin. Definitely not what I thought it would be. However it was the exact color I needed to go with the dress I wore to my granddaughter’s wedding so I kept it. Wouldn’t buy another and don’t recommend it.
