This loader was the same type I hate in my 20's and I am now in my 50's. They are leather, which soften in time. Very comfortable. Has a gel heel insert. Wear them everyday.

I have bought my footwear at Bass outlets for years. But their prices have gotten ridiculous so I gave Nunn Bush a try with sandals over the summer and they were not only a great price compared to Bass but are way more comfortable and a better fit for me. Same thing with the Drexel. Haven't worn them to much yet but so far so good, I like em. And the size 12 sandals I ordered fit perfectly and so do the size 12 Drexels. I usually get 11, 11.5, 12 wides... but all 3 pairs of Nunn Bush size 12 footwear I bought are consistent which has taken any guesswork out of size ordering. Gel soles are very comfortable.
