These just did not fit me at all, I wear a 12 narrow so I returned them

This is going to be a mixed review. Some reviewers have used terms like "walking on clouds" or "walking on marshmallows" to describe this shoe's cushioning. I didn't get that. As is, these are not proper walking shoes. My back was tied up in knots & my thighs ached after one six mile walk in these shoes. They're fine as-is for grocery shopping or a quick jaunt around the neighborhood, but not for middle or long distance walking. They are just not that comfortable nor offer much support. But all was not lost. Firstly, these are fine looking shoes. I was definitely pleased with the style. Secondly, I found inserts from an old pair of dress shoes and tried them in the Skechers. What a huge difference! Thankfully, I had ordered the Skechers a half-size larger than usual plus got the extra wide. Thus, the inserts fit great and turned these inexpensive Skechers into a decent pair of walking shoes. So I went from disappointed to satisfied. But do beware: without some sort of insert, these Skechers are not that good for serious walkers.

I thought 12.5 was the correct size and fit, esp. while walking around the apartment for a couple of days. But when I wore the shoes for 50 yards down the sidewalk, they just didn't feel good - slippage in back, and just 'off'.

The soles on the bottom pick up a lot and get worn down very easy. Not a good outdoor shoe.

The shoes fit fine. The insoles are memory foam and it bunches up under my toes when I walk. They cannot be removed, which is a real drawback to me. I returned them.

I had a couple of pair of the Go Walk 4 shoes and thought I would give these a try. I didn't like the bottom (sole) it was slick and did not have grip like my other shoes, so I returned them and bought another pair of Go Walk 4.
