Fabric is soft and perfect weight for layering. I'm 5'4" 120lbs and size medium is good. Heavy enough to wear alone but it is slim fitting. I will buy it again if it's offered in more colors.

I just bought this shirt and on sale! I'm excited because I LOVE my other Lilla P shirts. The material is so comfortable; they feel like very quality made shirts, warm and strong without being heavy. My only negative is that there are not many colors offered. That said I usually buy all the boring colors anyway, i.e. black, grey, burgundy dark blue.

I actually have a turtleneck of this same weight from Lilla P. I bought a white and a gray one to use as a layering piece with a sheath dress while traveling. The white is somewhat transparent, but I have found it to be a wonderful shirt and it holds up great in the wash. I was online looking for another of this weight and wanted to disagree with the other review. I have washed the shirt about twenty times and it looks like new.
