I thought this would be lighter than the classic crocs

These shoes are HUGE. I was not aware that Crocs uses "unisex" (obviously male) sizing even for women's shoes. This is extremely annoying and will cost me $7.50 for the return. Don't order from Crocs

These have a sharp angle front which makes the shoe not fit properly. My big toe is good but all of the other toes are cramped and pushing on the top of the shoe. I returned these and was very disappointed that I was charged for the return shipping 7.95 or something similar. Because of this I will not buy from Crocs.com anymore.

Dealing with Crocs has been a nightmare. Their size guide told me to order up for half sizes...when the shoes arrived they were a 1/2 size too large.Crocs fault. I wanted to exchange the shoes for the correct size...The on line site won't let me do that. They want $8 to send their mistake back to them. I wrote to customer service 4 times over the past two weeks...no reply. Called customer service..took almost 40 minutes to get through...found I was speaking with someone in Bulgaria. She told me there are no phone numbers in the U.S. for me to call. She said the only option I have is to drive an hour from my house to exchange a $35 dollar pair of clogs...I've worn Crocs for about 25 years...no more...One of THE WORST companies I have ever had to deal with

Had to return the fit was horrific , Returns should be free I will never buy unless I tried them on again.

I can't wear these. The length is right but they are too tight across the top of my foot and they are not wide enough. I was very disappointed.

I was expecting the sole to be very cushioned but it's not very disappointed

For some reason the heel stuck out way behind my foot. The strap was correct and held the shoe on, but so much stuck out behind my heel I did not like them and almost question their safety. I'd like to see this style with a corrected heel and a smaller profile, more like the maryjanes.

Its heavier than I expected. I bought it because crocs are super light. Kinda disappointed. I can't wear them.

Husband hated them. Run too big. Returned them to store for size one size down... still too big. Hated them!

The page says "Shopping for a size? Order up to the next largest whole size.". I did and they are huge. I'll have to return and be out of $8 because it's not free returns. Wish they wouldn't recommend to size up.

These ran really big for me, I had to return them bc I couldnt wear them. Could be the fact that they are unisex. Not sure.

The first couple of days I wore them they were so comfortable! Then I wore them for a full day working around my house inside and out. Oh my! That evening my legs and feet and heels and back we're killing me. Now every time I put them on my legs and back and heels hurt. I changed back to my old worn out crocs and no pain!

They told me to order a size down if I wear half size not sure why. And the shipping took forever but I do like the literide. So I had to order a new pair which I still have not got or my money back yet. You should not say next day if it's going to take to two days to ship. That what the lady told me it was nothing they could do when I paid for fast shipping. I needed them before I went on my trip. Poor service on her part

These were a unisex size, which I didn't realize, and were way too big. I sent them back.

The fit was terrible. I wear an 8 1/2 and the recommendation on the website was to order the next whole size down, which was way too small. Also, I ordered the shoes on 7/22/18 for a foot injury and I received a notification that they would be delivered on 7/24/18, which was great! But then on the 24th I received a notification that the delivery was changed to 8/2, then 7 days later it was changed to 8/3. 5-8 days is the promised delivery time on the website, and mine took 12 days. And then they didn't even fit. So much for having them during the injury. And then they charge you for shipping for returns! How can you say "Risk Free Shopping" when you have to pay the shipping cost to return the items? Wouldn't "risk free" imply that you aren't losing money? "Change your mind? No problem. Our return process makes it easy." Easy, maybe, but not free. Let's see how long it takes to get my refund (less shipping)--it's already been almost a week. This whole experience was a huge waste of time and money. I will never order from here again.

This shoe does not have any support in the footbed. The material that the shoe is made of is very very cheap. No, I would not purchase this shoe again and it is very over priced.

Had to send them back as so uncomfortable. The insole squeezes the skin on my feet making these really uncomfortable. Have 2 pairs of regular clogs which have been super comfortable. Shane this new design is a step backwards in terms of comfort.

I was looking forward to wearing these shoes on vacation this summer. I was SO disappointed when they arrived. While they were incredibly, amazingly comfortable, the shoes were way too large on my feet. My feet felt like they were sloshing around, like when I would walk around in my dad's loafers for fun as a little girl. There was no way I was going to be able to walk around in them, and had to send them back. Unfortunately, I wear a woman's size 6, which is the smallest size available. I was, and still am, unreasonably upset about having to send these shoes back.

I ordered these and was so excited to receive them. I ordered a size 6 my usual size in crocs and OMG they looked like I was wearing at size 7. I went online to see if I can order these in size 5 and they don't come in size 5. Please crocs make them size 5, they are so comfortable. had to return.

fit is completely different than the bogota clogs i've been wearing for years. disappointing.
