These Aetrex fit differently from earlier models I love: longer; narrower; arch support in correct place in left foot, though. The right foot makes a very strange sound when walking, likely because the arch isn't quite correctly placed for me. Great style, really, but a pretty heavy shoe. The soft leather across the ball of the foot gives so maybe the real issue is more that the shoe is overly long for me on both feet: something I never like. I'd probably keep them anyway if both feet fit the same and if there wasn't this strange noise problem when walking.

I really wanted to give this shoe an overall 5 stars but I’m completely disappointed in the material quality of this shoe! I have plantar fasciitis from a foot injury and desperately needed a shoe with good arch support but didn’t want to compromise in style! These shoes have been a life saver for me and feel amazing. I can walk in these shoes all day and have no pain! However, after 2 months the shoe started to peel at the footbed and on the sides of the strap. I called Zappos and they have excellent customer service. The representative stated maybe the shoe I had was defective. They sent me a brand new pair and was I was beyond grateful for such great service. Sadly, after 2 weeks, even the new pair is also starting to peel. For this price point, these shoes should not be falling apart!!! This is why, I’m not giving this shoe 5 stars!

This are hands down the most comfortable sandals I own. Unfortunately the sole fell apart on my first pair but Zappos excellent customer service sent me a new pair ASAP. Hoping this pair holds up! Arch Support is fantastic.

These shoes are amazing! I am 29, have very high arches and, arthritis in my right foot. It is always a struggle to find comfortable yet stylish shoes. Really glad I gave these a shot, can’t wait to wear them!

Usually I wear a 39 or an 8. I'm happy I used the size recommendations on the site to order a 38. It fits perfectly. I read other review saying the shoe was not wide enough, but I did not find that to be the case and I have wide feet. These sandals are super comfy! There is a strange sound (a bark) sometimes when you step on the shoe in a certain way.

I took a chance on these, and I'm glad I did. They were comfortable right out of the box with plenty of cushioning and heel support. I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs so I need something supportive for long days of walking around my classroom. The size 40 fit my size 9.5/10 foot well and they are wide enough for me. I'm not sure how they will feel in the long run, but I'm hopeful. Come on spring, get here so I can wear my new sandals!

Excellent arch support and good cushioning. I think this will work for you if your feet are narrow to medium width. Unfortunately, this sandal is too narrow in the toe area for me. The straps look strange, plus they press on my bunion It's not a good look for me.

Loved the shoe, just a half size short.

In between an 8-9 with a wide toe box, these are perfect for me in an 8.5. I wanted a bronzey neutral & these are beautiful; on the dark, not gaudy side. I wouldn’t consider it “brass “ at all. A subtle metallic. Love them!

Really cool sandals. Great arch support. But they run really large. I normally wear an 11 (or 42), but not these! Returning these and getting 1 size smaller—hope they aren’t too big, too. Zappos is always the best. It’s my go-to source for most of my shoes.

These might be my most comfortable pair of sandals, but the arch feels SUPER high for me. Almost to the point where my foot felt a little bruised the day after I walked all over town in them for the first time. May need to get used to that. They run LONG. I got the 8.5 and usually wear and 8.5 or 9, and these are kinda long. The only issue I have is that "Black" is sort of misleading. They're metallic black...almost like an oil-rubbed bronze color. Not a dealbreaker, but just be aware. Super cushy and comfy overall. Will definitely consider this brand in the future.

Too flat footed for my liking but very comfortable

Just looked too bulky got what I’m looking for. Very comfy shoe though!!

Had to return first pair due to manufacture defect. Second pair fell apart after first day of full vacation walking. Very comfortable but foot bed padding is not a solid piece, side wall and arch support are different pieces fron the flat middle part. Fir the price, I expected much better. Zappos is awesone on returns.
