Amazing arch support with the built in orthotic and a very pretty sandal too!!

I liked these. I kept a gold-colored pair. I have several pairs of black sandals and it was between one or the other so I kept the gold. These are very nice, cute shoes. The strap that goes across the instep from the side to the toe loop is very flattering and looks great. The gold pair will replace a gold pair of sandals with braid straps that wore out years ago. They were a different brand, and the main problem after several years of wear was that the gold color wore off of places on the foot bed. The difference with these shoes is that the foot bed seems to be a more natural color that I expect will wear better. The arch on this shoe is very high, especially toward the inside of the foot. I've read other reviews that said the arch was in an odd place - I didn't find that was true for me, but the height and incline of the arch was just more than I was used to. These are very comfortable supportive shoes that are also attractive, and could be worn with anything from a gown to jeans (depending somewhat on the color selected). I didn't give them the highest Overall & Comfort score because there is only one brand I'd give that rating, and that brand isn't known for style.

Excellent padding and arch support. Runs on the narrow side so my pinky toe had a tendency to slide off. Probably better for regular to narrow feet. The ankle strap is placed in an area that was not flattering for my feet.

The fit was true to size but the arch was placed about an inch further back than my arch. I didn't think it would be comfortable. Also the leather strap that goes between your toes was VERY stiff and was sure to cause blisters. The good aspects: the buckle is actually decorative and covers velcro! And the braided strap is silver and black, which didn't show up on the web. Returning them.

the toe bar is killer, pain in every step. The are very good looking tho. I had to order a toe bar cushion so I can wear them.

These were definitely the sexiest of the walking shoes I ordered, but the slanted strap and toe ring just didn't keep them on my foot.

I am in between an 8 and an 8.5 and the 8.5 fit me. However I found the toe loop to be wide and it was very uncomfortable. I returned them.

Very disappointed. I bought in the gold, it's a super cute shoe and I got a ton of compliments and it's wearable with casual or dressy. The arch support is great, it's a good alternative to the extremely flat sandals that are terrible for your feet. From the beginning the toe rings felt like they weren't in exactly the right place, and the right toe ring was always annoyingly bigger than the left but I could overlook for the cuteness. However after less than two months of wear the braided diagonal strap disconnected from the ankle strap. It appears to have been sewn in really shallowly. I hope a shoe repair shop can fix because less than two months is unacceptable wear time for shoes costing >$100.

Loved these, they were just a little dressier than I wanted with the gold metallic color. But when I'm in need of dressy sandals, these will be on the list!

Worth a try. Unfortunately I was between sizes, but these are well made attractive shoe. I appreciate that the velcro was camouflaged with a buckle! The arch support would have been wonderful had it hit my arch in the right spot. I'm sad to have to return them.

I love these sandals so much! I wear an 8.5-9 so I was unsure of the European sizing and ordered the 39 and 40. The 40 felt great. The arch support is great. I did feel like I needed to work up to wearing them all day because the arch support is stiff; so I started with just a couple hours the first day. Now that they’re broken in, they’re wonderful. And they are so stylish! Will be my go to shoe this summer!

I am so sad that I have to return these. Unfortunately, they are too narrow in the toes and my baby toe barely hangs on. The arch is also about an inch too far back. Otherwise, they are really cute and padded nicely.

My biggest complaint with this show is the Velcro closure. It didn’t feel secure, I’d have preferred a buckle. I’d have returned it just for that. Otherwise, this is a nice minimalistic design, toe ring fit and the shoe felt good. Nice leather topsole and it worked for my very high arch (high instep, high volume foot). It didn’t work for my somewhat wide foot, wide at the ball of the foot, my foot hung over the edge.

I liked this braided-strap style in the gold metallic, but did not love the way the black portion of the sole clashed with the rest of the sandal. On the pair I received, this black layer of the sole was much more prominent than it appeared in the photos online. The footbed was not cushioned that much, and the arch support was placed weirdly far back, toward my heel - was really uncomfortable and didn't support my arches at all. Size 6 feet here, so maybe it would be better on a larger size foot??

I should have listened to other reviewers on these. The arch support is about an inch too far back to hit your arch.

These were really pretty and seemed to have a good, supportive sole. But the toe loop was extremely wide. I have relatively narrow feet, but usually can wear a B. But in this case, even though I could secure my ankle with the adjustable strap, my front of my foot was sliding left and right because the toe loop was so big. I had to return them.

With the flattering slanted strap, these were definitely the cutest of the walking sandals I ordered, but they just didn't stay on my foot. Maybe sizing down would have fixed it, but it felt more like a design issue, where the toe ring wasn't enough to counteract the force of the slanted strap, which wants to slide the shoe to the side.

*Toe loop is painful *Foot bed isn't wide enough. I own another pair of Aetrex brand-so comfy! I read the Evie reviews that warned of the toe loop, but figured I have worn toe loops before, should be fine. NO. Discomfort immediately in toe, even with the quality feature of elastic at toe ring. So surprised since it's such a quality company. The rest of shoe seems like it's comfortable. Also the sandal isn't wide enough, and I don't usually have to order a wide width. Dislike faux buckle, prefer functioning buckle.

The leather between the toes is an absolute KILLER
