I was a little concerned about these being too stiff but after my first wear they were perfect!

Read a bunch of reviews that said these ran small, so I ordered up one size (to a 40) - but they were too big, so I found them to be true to size and am returning these to purchase my standard size (39). Love them!

Birkys are normally very comfortable and these are great. Big buckle is extra cute, also love the color and that is also on the foot bed and sole of the shoe.

I wanted a Birk that I could wear that looked sharp and comfortable. This for the bill.

I love my Birkenstocks. They were a little wide for my feet.

This is my fifth pair of Madrid big buckle sandals and they are amazing. Fit perfect, right out of the box. The light pink glossy leather is gorgeous. I wear a size 10 and ordered the 41. Don’t hesitate on these. They’re amazing!

The fit was perfect ! The color actually goes with just about everything !

Love it but the first 3 weeks were hurting but after that ,they fit perfectly ??

I hesitated purchasing this style because I've worn the Gizeh style for years. I love the Madrid. The blue color is nice and the buckle dresses the sandals up a bit. Very comfortable.

Went great with my outfit

Fourth pair. Absolutely in-love and get compliments every time I wear them. Dresses, capris, shorts, jeans, they go with everything. I am a 9 in most shoes however a 9.5 in athletic shoes. In these I wear a 39 and the fit is perfect. I also wear a narrow and believe me, my feet are not narrow!! The only thing I think is that the medium width are for people who want to wear wool socks with their Birkenstocks - hah!! I love the big buckle, too. I have three other styles and the Madrids are by far my favs. My feet are puffy on top and they look terrible with too much strap across the top. These solve that problem for me. I just wish they would make them in red.

These are gorgeous! But short as Birkenstock does not make a women's 12 yet. Disappointing, I could really use these.

So disappointed the Madrid style did not work for me. This is such a cute shoe but I had to buckle the strap in the last hole to fit tight enough, so i was afraid after normal wear and stretching it would be too big . I love Birkenstocks.. but this style didn't work for me. Love the Big Buckle!

I love them. Only a couple of wears and they were broken in. I was afraid that they would t be as comfy as the ones with two straps but they are and they look dressier.

These feel great and are very cute. They are cuter version of Birkenstocks that can be worn with shorts or a summer dress. They are also very comfortable and feel great.

I had thought I might have to return these because I wasn’t sure if they would be too narrow. They fit great and because they are only one strap I wouldn’t have wanted to have them any wider.

I love all my Birkenstock but these look so much more fancy with the big golden buckle !

True to Birkenstock sizing. Thought the single buckle might be a challenge to keep the sandal on your feet. No problem. They look great with dresses and shorts.

Look and feel good. Give it a moment to let the leather soften. Recommended but if you have a wider foot these may feel small.
