VENDOR: 1 STAR. SHOE: 5 STARS
This SHOE is WONDERFUL. Comfortable, so cute, fit great. SADLY, one shoe arrived in perfect condition, the other had a broken ankle strap that would be tough to miss as it was completely disconnected from the shoe, a worn sole, and was a noticeably darker color (ie: aged/worn) than its "mate." I have been a long time zappos customer and fan, but this gives me pause. Returning (obvi) and purchasing elsewhere!
