Awesome shoes! The quality, fit, style and comfort are exceptional. Size-wise, however, I found my recommended size was perfect only if I didn't want to wear socks with them, so I had to size up one-half size for that perfect fit. Other times, I've found Clarks size 5 can run large (probably depends on style)? In any event, Zappos' exceptional service made my exchange a breeze. Please check out these fabulous shoes - the quality, comfort and workmanship are like Zappos - THE BEST.

This fit nicely on my 4A feet (or as good as I’m going to get). I found them comfortable out of the box. Look rather sporty and not too “granny “.

Comfortable right out of the box, and worn all day walking. They make my size 10’s appear smaller, have a great Euro-look and my boyfriend loves them on me. Yay!

Very comfortable shoe, I am on the borderline between M and W width. I ordered the W, it was comfortable but didn’t seem like a traditional wide width as there was no wiggle room. A medium would have been too tight. If you plan on wearing low cut or no- show socks, these aren’t for you. The low cut design by the ankle bone does not allow for a “sock less” look.

Nice looking shoe (navy) and was true to my 11 M size. Just did not have the cushy feeling my other cloud steppers have had.

I normally wear a 9.5 Narrow in Clark's, but as others suggested, you have to go up a 1/2 size in this one. You absolutely do, in order to get wiggle room at the toes. However, the heel is slightly wide on me. Strategically wearing the best socks to avoid the heel slipping in what I plan to do.

This is a pretty comfortable shoe. I have terrible feet and joints overall, but this is one of the more comfortable shoes I’ve found in a long time. The style is a bit “old lady like” but I am desperate for more comfortable shoes so they will do. I’m on my feet all the time as I work customer service. 4 out of 5 of my coworkers and I were wearing Clark’s shoes today!

I normally wear a size 10 narrow. This shoe in 10 was smaller/ tighter than I like. But they don't come in a 10 1/2!

I liked the look of the shoe, a leather "dressy" gym shoe. But it ran slightly small & narrow, so my bunion started hurting after awhile even when I was just sitting down. Therefore, I had to return them.

The size was correct but the shoe was uncomfortable. I have the same shoe in the blue suede and it is fine. The black leather ones just won't soften up or "break in". Sadly I am returning them.

I am recovering from a broken ankle and torn ligaments. My physical therapist said no heels and only good sole supported shoes. The Clarks Un Cruise Lace fit those requirements and my personal need for black leather, light-weight sneaks. Some reviews said to get a size up but my size 6 is still a size 6 in this shoe. I'm not a wide foot but when I laced them up and applied my full weight, the area around my arch seemed to spill over a bit. My husband said it didn't look awkward despite how I felt inside the shoe. I worn them all weekend and for walking to work (I'm .9 miles each way, door to door from office to home) and love the comfort. They have a slight rocker that makes walking easier to me. No ankle pain. The ankle rim is lower than your standard running shoe. About as low, or a tad more, as basic Converse or Stan Smith's if you're concerned about low rim socks. I actually like the look of a bit of sock above the ankle rim, personally.

If you intend to wear socks or wool-blend sock liners, you might want to size up a half-size. Comfortable for walking a mile or two on city terain. Style? Not so much. But if you want a pair of shoes that don't make a big statement, these might be just the ticket.

I didn’t like this style. I’m usually a 9.5, but needed a 10. I have severe nerve damage in my left foot, plus a plate and screws. It is hard to find shoes that don’t bother my neuromas. These were not a good fit. These also made me feel like I had grandma shoes on. I returned them, but I do like Clarks overall.

I tried BOTH an 8 1/2 B and 8 1/2 Wide. Many months ago in a Clark's Store: I tried on an 8 and my heel came up a bit. It is a nice shoe: BUT....I need a higher toe box and a ROUND toe would also help. IF it was a better SHAPED toe for me: I could wear even an 8. In the WIDE: my heel came up. IN a Medium: the top of the heel rubbed. I even tried putting in heel cups (Tuli and Dr. Schools). The sole seemed nice at 1st. But then - it seemed strange - sort of had me walking on the outside of my foot. They MIGHT work for you: Try Them. My Feet: Wide toes and NARROW heels.

I need to return these for a larger size.Which is strange, since I have owned many pairs of Clarks sneakers in the past. I normally wear an 8.5-9 and the 9's were way too snug. I suggest going up at least a half or full size.

The shoes look great! However, the shoes make me feel unsteady standing and walking. I'm afraid I will roll an ankle wearing these shoes because of their design.

I have a small heel cup and my heel kept coming up in back while walking.

not as soft I would imagine. my hill keeps popping out. have to return.

OUCH. I am so sad that I wasted money on these and cannot return them, due to slight wear on the sole, despite only wearing them briefly. I bought these to have "cute" blue shoes that were comfortable and nicer than sneakers, but it turns out they are not healthy for my stride. I normally wear Nike Pegasus sneakers, since they are neutral. These sneakers are apparently not great for supinators, despite not mentioning anything in the description-? Anyway, I tried them out yesterday and am in pain today. The pain is on the lateral "outer" part of my feet, so these must have caused me to supinate more than I already do. I also found them to be shallow, so that my heel slips out when I add an insert. Waste of $150. :(
