The strap at the heel of the medium width shoe was too loose for my narrow heels. There didn't seem to be a way of tightening it, so I am returning the shoes. Interestingly, I have had a pair of very similar shoes of the same brand for many, many years, but I can tighten the heel strap sufficiently on them.

Really cute dressy sandal for dresses or pants. Just what I was looking for. Perfect combination of straps that go around my foot (not between toes), not too much coverage, a small heel, some arch support, and an adjustable heel strap. Thank you!

They were very comfortable right out of the box. It is great that you can adjust the straps for a "best" fit. I have a large plate inside my right foor that makes it hard to find shoes that fit both feet. These were great.

i liked them and they fit great. There was a slight flaw in the stitching, so I'm sending them back. They are nice and flat, yet dressy. I have a narrow foot and they are perfect.

These are darling sandals and the price can't be beat. But I have to return them because they are not truly wide. Even before I out them on, they looked like regular width shoes (which I normally wear). I could not get either foot into the shoe (width-wise; length would have been okay)/ So sorry to have to return these.

I found what other reviewers said - the back strap is way too lose and can not be adjusted. I have to return it.

I am so sad! I have had many foot surgeries, therefore difficult to fit feet. I can't wear heels anymore. I am going to a wedding. This shoe would have been perfect, if it was not for the back strap.. It is too loose, cannot be adjusted because of the velcro. Why can't thy use adjustable buckles anymore. I have to send them back.

I ordered W (D) width for this shoe. This was not even close to being wide!! I was so disappointed, they are so cute, and there are so many limited good looking summer sandals for wide feet.

I love this little sandal. I got the black patent leather. My boyfriend's dog chewed one of them up, so I was so happy that they were still available.

These shoes are beautiful. Unfortunately, the 6.5 wide size was not wide at all in the sole. My big toe hung outside the sole! But I did have plenty of room in the straps--too bad the sole was made for a narrow foot because I really LIKE this style.

I'm very pleased with these shoes. The fit is true to size, the style is attractive and they feel very comfortable. They are a great choice for me! It's often very difficult to find shoes in a narrow width in stores. It's great to know that Zappos offers a variety of styles to choose from in a narrow width, and the shipping and return policy is excellent.

I usually shy away from really cheap shoes because of some bad experiences I have had in the past. I decided to give the Soft Style Maisy a try. Wow!! This sandal is comfortable and very cute on. I wore them right out of the box. I ordered the shoe in a wide width and it's perfect!! There is a bit of Arch Support. The heel is low, but not so low that you are flat-footed. They look good with Jeans, Slacks a pencil skirt or a summer dress. This is definitely an office to weekend shoe.

These are cute shoes. The patent leather makes them look dressier than a normal flat sandal bSize 9N is almost narrow enough across the front of the foot; it’s very loose and sloppy through the midsection and heel. I am going to keep them anyway, because I have given up finding something that fits well.

These were the white sandals I was looking for - strappy and not blocky. I have a long narrow foot, and can't usually find what I want. To be honest though, I haven't worn them yet - just tried them on and decided they were keepers.

Nicely surprised. The sandal has wonderful cushioning and was very comfortable to wear all day! True sizing.

I am very happy with the way the shoes feel and look. Wearing a 10N is never easy, but you have a very nice selection.

These look cute but have a very narrow sole ,even when going up size from my normal wide size It is especially narrow under the heel so I don’t think I’ll be walking a lot in these . The straps are thin but comfortable. I love the shiny blue color which is exactly as pictured.Surprisingly good arch support for a flimsy looking sandal I’m keeping them as the colour is irresistible and I need something not too clunky to go with dresses

I wear a 9.5 narrow. There is nothing narrow about this shoe. Total disappointment I. Terms of width.

Velcro on the right shoe has come off. Really The right shoe the velcro is not sewed on shoe. Like shoe and fits great. Velcro on right shoe isn't attached shoe..Fits great and love shoe.

Cute sandal which can be dressed up or down! The Velcro strap at the back is adjustable, but I couldn’t make it small enough to accommodate my foot. Sadly, I returned them.

I hoped these shoes would fit. I bought them to wear with dresses. However, they were a half size too long and felt more like a medium width. (I ordered a 9 narrow) They are really cute, but not for my feet.

It's a cute sandal, will go with anything. I ordered the 7 1/2 W and it's much too loose, can't keep them on. I'll try a 7 M.

This is a pretty shoe but the leather near the toes is very stiff and rubbed against my toes. Had to send them back.

Good style for work in patent leather, more support than a typical sandal. Unfortunately, the velcro back strap prevented me from getting a good fit -- couldn't really adjust it at all because of the design. My usual size flopped off the heel, so I went a half size down -- now they stay on, but my toes are right up to the front edge and the under-toe support is too far back. They're ok, but not great, but they serve my need for a good price.
