The comfort level was great unfortunately the grey color is not true to what is shown online.

Comfortable "dad" shoes that make you instantly age 15 years. Fairly hideous to behold, but very lightweight and easy to walk in. I try to wear mine only at night.

Fit was okay .. a little loose. Not much arch support .... was looking for a stylish walking shoe that I could wear to work. Not very comfortable or suitable for walking distances.

These were a little big. Not really comfortable. Back of shoes dug into my heels. Not a repeat buyer on these.

Much larger than size indicated.

At least a full size longer. Otherwise, quality was ok.

These are basically a piece of leather wrapped around a strange elastic-y boot. This gives them the feel of being very loose all the time; especially on the ankle. You can lace them up tighter, but that does not tighten the entire shoe since there's only 3 lace-holes. They look pretty nice, but they fit too poorly to recommend.

Really disappointed with this shoe. Admittedly I have worn it for only one entire day at work thus far, but the support was really lacking. I bought these to replace some Skechers that I've been wearing for awhile because I thought the support on those was subpar (but you get what you pay for?) and after just one day I felt like these were not providing any cushion or support at all. If my opinion changes with more wear, then I will revise this review. But I can't imagine they will feel more supportive over time, just less. I thought the Rockport brand was higher quality.

I am hard to fit, having a very wide foot and a high instep. So most shoes that fit in the length are too tight, even many of those that are EE. Rockport is usually one of the better brands in this regard, but in this case they seem to have suffered some serious quality control issue in their supply chain. My regular size was clownishly big in all three dimensions. I went down half a size, and still suffered inordinate heel slip. So while I wanted to like this shoe enough to try it twice, it simply does not fit.

I love Rockport shoes and have owned several pairs of TruFlex Plain Toe that were very comfortable. Rockport discontinued the TruFlex unfortunately. I want to continue purchasing from Zappos and Rockport but these shoes were very uncomfortable and it took me 3 orders/returns to get the size right. I would love to have Rockport make TruFlex available again.

The heel on the insole is raised high. Is this a guy's shoe or women's high heel? I'm returning it.

This shoe is very comfortable (5 Stars)and I like the casual style (4 Stars) . However, after only wearing the shoe intermittently for a month, I've noticed that the finish is cracking and looking very aged and dry (2 Stars for very short lifespan). Other Rockport shoes have lasted much longer before showing age or wear.

Sent them back as they were delivered with a very noticable blotch on one of the doors.

The shoes were too tight. I could only stand walking in them for about 4 hours. I had to walk in my socks the remaining of the day.

Felt more than a size too large. Like 1.5 or 2 sizes. Very surprised.

Rockport quality has been spotty lately. Loved the look of this shoe in the image. The style of the shoe is spot on and I do like that, but the color is pale tan not a rich tan as shown. The leather also appears to be painted, not tanned. Obviously a cheaper leather than they used to use. The fit of this shoe is odd as the toebox is very large, both in width and height, so it doesn't feel secure. Disappointed in Rockport lately. Going to start looking at other brands.
