I am already a huge fan of my oiled leather gizeh sandals and I am so happy they decided to make a more stylish design! The rose gold is beautiful and definitely takes these up a notch. I will be wearing these all spring and summer.

I am a life-long wearer of Birkenstocks. My birko-flor gizeh pair have been my standby for the last two years. I needed an update so I ordered this pair, but it is too narrow. When I compared bottom of this pair to my old 38 birko-flors, the old style is at least 1/4 inch wider. I love the look, but they have to go back.

These run super large. I am normally a size 9, and did read the reviews, but went ahead and ordered a 9. Got them, and they are at least a size and maybe 2 sizes too big.

I considered purchasing these sandals last summer and decided to go ahead and get them for this summer. When I first tried them on, they were super comfortable. Though after wearing them for extended periods the first few times, I could tell that the arch support might actually be uncomfortable for my lower arches. Thankfully, after about the third wear I began to break them in. They do put a little pressure between my front toes where the thong connects, which is why I took off a star for comfort. That is the only thing that might prevent me for wearing them all day when I'm out and about. However, I think they are great sandals and I'll get a lot of wear out of them this summer. Glad I purchased and would recommend them.

I have purchased the Gizeh in the birko-flohr, and they’ve been great! I LOVE the color on these new ones, but the piece between the toe hurts. Back to the old standbys. Note: I’ve had 3 pair, and never had this issue with any others. Thankfully Zappos makes exchanges so easy!

The piece between the toe was a harder plastic. I don't know if they just needed to be worn in, but it actually hurt to walk-the shoe pushed forward.

I am 33 weeks pregnant and these sandals are stylish and comfortable. Love them! I’ve got happy feet!

I love the Gizeh - after a few wears they mold perfectly to your feet! This is my favorite color yet - I love the washed neutral metallic rose color.

These were a gift for my mom who is an avid Birkenstock wearer. She has owned a pair of the Gizeh style before but had worn them out so we gifted these for Mother’s Day. We returned because they were not the right fit inside the sandal even though they lined up correctly on the soles. So strange! Thankfully we were able to find the same sandal in a smaller size for her to have. We love our birkenstocks for the support and comfort of being able to wear all day.

These are my very first Birks. I’m surprised to read everyone’s bad reviews about the toe piece - I’ve had my Gizehs for several weeks now (wearing them for many hours at a time and walking long distances), and I have not had any difficulty with it. Yes, it’s more firm than a regular flip flop toe piece, but it hasn’t bothered me a bit. Maybe I just have weird toes! =) The shoes have been very comfortable to me, and I am thinking that since I’ve never tried on any Birks with the “soft footbed” to compare mine to, my feet just don’t know the difference. I also LOVE the arch support on this sandal - I have plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes). Usually, with sandals, there is little to no arch support and my arches will begin burning when walking around. This sandal’s arch support has helped A LOT with that, and I’ve not had ANY burning arches when wearing these sandals for long periods of time. I usually wear a size 10 shoe, medium (regular) width, and I wear a 40 in my Birks. The tiniest issue I have is that my second toe is longer than the rest of my toes on my feet, and that toe will occasionally rub the front ridge on the sandal, but it’s a very minor thing and doesn’t bother me.

Gizeh is my favorite style of Birkenstock sandal. They fit my feet better than other styles. I tried to find in rose gold but had no luck so purchased the washed metallic rose. They are very pretty and expect will be worn frequently this summer.

Love these. So very cute. Unfortunately I need the soft footbed and these do not have them. Will keep looking for super cute soft footbed Birks.

So cute. I have 5 pairs of the Gizehs and this color was just too similar to another pair I already have, so they went back. But this style of Birks is SO comfortable and so cute!

As far as Birkenstocks go, these are a very cute model; I also liked the more modern metallic color option. I disagree with other reviews stating that these run large. I am an 8.5 in most shoes and ordered the 39. These were actually too short in the toe area for me and ran shorter than the Arizona style (traditional 2-strap Birks). While I also saw in other reviews that the strap between the toes was relatively easily broken in, it felt uncomfortable enough out of the box that I opted to return.

The plastic piece between the toes is very uncomfortable. Bummed, I really like the look of this shoe.

These are so cute and I was so excited to get them - they fit well, true to size, and the footbed is comfortable. However, the thong between the toes is a very very hard piece of (thick quality) plastic and it was so painful to walk even a little bit in the house. I could not imagine being able to wear them long enough to “break them in” and assume that would also involve crazy toe blisters. Just doesn’t seem worth it. It’s interesting that several reviews talk about how comfortable they are. I wear other thongs so don’t think I’m too sensitive. Sadly, will be returning.

I love the Gizeh and was hoping I would love the washed metallic rose to be my 2nd pair... My sandals arrived and I am so disappointed with the color. It looks very faded, and not really "rose", but more "gold". I was hoping for a more pink-ish shade for summer wear. Needless to say, it is going back.

These came without the box in a clear bag. One of the shoe was all worn out in the top part. This is not what I expect from Zappos. You need to do quality control before sending out gross merchandise to your customers. Returning ASAP!

The piece that goes between your toes is super hard and thick. As soon as I put them on I couldn't take them off fast enough. If I could have given them zero stars for comfort I would have.
