As others have stated, this is way more shiny than the photo suggests. The gold color is more of a bright color than I thought it would be.Also, the sole felt slippery on the tile floor in my house and they squeaked.

The soft footbed was wonderful as usual with most birkies but the straps were hard and stiff. Actually cut into my foot. Sorry had to return because they were very good looking.

Love Birkenstock, but this particular color combo looked more like coated vinyl than the metallic leather I’ve purchased in the past. Unfortunately I sent them back.

These are way way way shinier than they look in the picture. the leather looks like it was coated in plastic. I thought they would have a pearly sheen like the onyx or silver. unfortunately as comfy as they are, they are going back.

These shoes are just too big all over. I only recommend them for if you have especially wide feet. Otherwise, just go buy something else.

Too shiny and not as comfortable as other Birkenstocks in this same style.

So dissatisfied. They were as stiff as a board and totally goes against any reasoning behind why anyone would get Birkenstocks.

The color of the image is not a true one. The actual color is close to brownish gold. Misleading!

The upper part of this sandal is PLASTIC. What a disappointment!
