I've been mail-ordering Rockports for years and years, always the same size, always satisfied. With these shoes, the usual 11.5W was way too long (like and inch from big toe to the tip of shoe), and it felt like my foot would slide out. I emailed customer service (NO response), but eventually had good conversations with reps on the phone and was able to exchange for a half size smaller. I had to eat the return shipping $$ :-( . The smaller size fit well in terms of length, but they were a little narrow. Hoping to break them in, I have worn them for a few weeks, but am finding them (so far) too tight in terms of width. I am still hoping they stretch, otherwise they will be useless to me. I have otherwise always liked Rockports due to their "wide" options, but clearly they have changed their sizing templates here. I will not order shoes online from them again, but will consider buying them through a physical store if I can adequately try them out.

The size bigger than i used to wear from rockport,

Blue/grey is more like green/grey. Disappointed since the blue/grey looked great in the ad.

Sizing is way off and the exchange process is that you return the product and start all over again.

Gorgeous shoe, but not for wide feet, even in wide size. Toe is long and pointed, not rounded like a typical sneaker. What a shame because not all Rockport shoes are this way. Weird fit.

The shoes color on the website didn't match the actual shoes received. It's noticeably a different color. Tan vs brown.

Ordered these in two sizes for my husband. Neither size fit properly, and he really didn't like them enough to try to reorder. They may be intended for a younger buyer. He didn't want sneakers, but that's about what these are, except they are leather.

While style was nice, fit was larger than expected and arch support was lower than expected. So I returned.

The shoe is lost its structure in my opinion and they aren't exactly what I expected for a casual shoe. The front of the shoe is really long and kind of looks like cowboy boots, I don't like them.
