Quality of this pair was nowhere close to rich leather of 1st pair owned. The insole construction had a gap that appeared to need gluing & obvious protrusion by toes on one shoe so was returned. There was not another pair available so have repurchased elsewhere.

Male, 66, 5'11" 250lb, normal feet, "every man" lifetime size 10-1/2 D. Purchased Size 11 D (M) Dunham 'Newport Slide' to replace 10+ year-old house sandals (see photos). Very satisfied. Premium 'attention to all details' appearance, nicer foot bed cushioning (obvious), much lighter weight, width is spot-on and they offer noticeably better arch support. Adjusted the straps once, and have been slipping in and out of them effortlessly, with or without socks. In a word, "Comfortable". Long term durability remains the only question, but so far I would certainly recommend this Dunham sandal.

Coming apart at the front

I really wanted to like these, but they have one major flaw. I purchased them in 4E width, because I have a wide foot, and I know from prior experience with Dunham shoes that 10 4E is the right size. Well, the footbed is fine. It's comfortable and true to size. But the front strap is just not long enough - I can barely close it, and even then, it's just holding on with a tiny bit of velcro, so it comes undone as I wear them. The straps are not long enough to close properly if you have a wide foot, which is weird when they come in a 4E width. This may be a non-issue if you have a normal width foot or low instep, but for me they're basically useless. Unfortunately, I ditched the packaging so I'm stuck with them. Live and learn.

I had high hopes for these sandals, but was severely disappointing when I received them. Although I loved the design and they fit really well, but the quality was no where near $100 worth. The soles had large gaps where they were attached to the rubber bottoms (Pictures attached). In a month, they would have been full of dirt and falling apart at the seams. There was what appeared to be glue residue on the felt soles.. I immediately put them back in the box and returned them. Zappos was kind enough to give me a $20 credit on top of the refund, but I will not be using it on another pair of these sandals...

my husband hasn't taken them off since their arrival so that speaks positively for size, width & arch support.

Great slide. I have super wide feet and needed something to handle it. I'm a heavy fellow and they stay on my feet and have good traction. will probably order another pair. velcro strap is comfy and the cushion will mold to your foot the longer you wear it.

Dunham makes a quality product. I was very happy with my purchase.

After a very short break in time, they feel very comfortable.

Gift for hubby, he’s been looking for a pair of slide sandals to replace an old pair with no success until he received the Dunham Newport slide. Actually bought another pair he liked them so much

Great fitting, adjustable slide on sandal. I have tried several slide on sandals. These were the best for fit and comfort.

I LOVE THESE SANDALS > PERIOD. I had a pair of Codas leather sandals I bought in Hawaii years ago, and was considering having them repaired as I couldn't find ANYTHING close to them, and Codas stopped making theirs. BIG mistake. And then..I found THESE! I still may have the Codas repaired, BUT when these came and I tried them on, I IMMEDIATELY bought a second pair to bring with me to my summer home. I will wear these at work when I take off my regular shoes. I wear compression stockings, and long socks to add more compression, and even with loose sneakers my toes hurt. NOT WITH THESE. FREE, FREE, FREE at last. I think I'll get a third pair. I don't care if I don't live long enough to wear them all out, I just want them wherever I go...... life is short. My toes are long. Freedom - it's what we strive for.

These run huge! I normally wear a size 10, I had to go two sizes down to an 8 for a good fit. I have wide feet so the extra width is essential for me. The manufacturing is not great, the cushioned part is coming away from the sole already after owning for 2 days! I haven't had these long enough to know if I really like them. It's very hard to find comfortable, well made and good looking sandals.

These have major glue issues! We ordered 2 pairs, after seeing the defect in the first pair. They both have open gaps all around the front toe area where there's no glue holding the outsole to the insole. And when walking in them they make a scrunching sound cause of the loose spots where there's no glue!!! Only thing good about em is the leather, but they're stiff & not at all flexible. Dockers Sunland are waayyy better!

foot padding already separating from the shoe base less after less than one week of use. Very poor quality.

The sole was already coming off at the toe. Looked like it may have gotten caught in a machine, since part of the tip was pulled out away from the insole and you could see the blue bottom of the insole under the brown covering. I find that Dunham is NOT worth the money, since there is absolutely NO cushioning in their sandals and now this defect. These sandals were for my son.

Quality is par a best!!!!
