I haven't actually worn these spinning yet. But I tried on at least 8 other pairs and these were by far the most comfortable. I was told cycle shoes need to be comfortable from the start and that was really the most important thing. Oddly, Zappos lists these as a 42 EU and 9.5 US, but on the box it says it's a US 10 and 42 EU. I wear a size 10 in most street shoes, and sometimes size up for athletic shoes like running shoes, hiking boots, etc. These fit just about perfectly length-wise, with just a smidge of room at the end of the shoe for my big toe. But my toes had lots of space to wiggle around and with the straps tightened, my feet will hopefully stay in place and won't slide forward at all. I also tried all the shoes on at the end of the day when my feet were their largest. I should probably take a ride or two in these before I make certain that they're for me, but based on the others I tried, I liked these the most.

My husband bought these for me as a gift. I find the fit very strange. I’m an 8 but the 8 was huge. The 7.5 is ok w socks but my toes still move around a bunch of I don’t have thick socks on. If I tighten, my toes start going numb. I’m struggling with these.

Hello, I am not sure how to contact service for this issue. I ordered a women’s 8 shoe and received a women’s 9. I am going to process an exchange, but was confused when the item I received didn’t match the size I ordered

These are very comfortable everywhere EXCEPT, as a previous review mentioned, the tongue is AWFUL. Sharp and cut into my foot as soon as I put them on. I am a 8 in most shoes and the 40 fit perfectly. What a bummer. Maybe it'd get broken in but not worth the risk.

Really uncomfortable bike shoes, hard to get in and out of. Wore them for probably 10 indoor spin rides and now getting rid of them.

Too big and couldn’t order a smaller size.

I am a fairly easy to fit size 7 (37 or 37.5) and these felt very small..... and narrow in the toes. Also, the heel curves in quite a bit and digs in to the back of your foot. Overall not a comfortable cycling shoe!

Clips are NOT included. Buyer beware, as these are expensive enough as it is. I'm returning these.
