Love this hat. I have a small head and it fits perfectly, blocks the sun and is very comfortable. The strap comes in handy on windy days. Otherwise, I just flip it over the top to the back so it's not in my way.

Bought this hat in the lovely quartz color for a trip to Mexico. I wore it every day and for hours at a time in the pool. I'm a gal with a larger head and normal women's hats that are "one size fits all" are always too small for me. I was able to order this hat in an XL and the fit is perfect. The wide brim gives great sun coverage. I don't like to use sunscreen around my eyes or forehead because it always runs into my eyes and burns. This hat is great solution and I would definitely recommend it!

I have problems with most hats being too large. I ordered the small and it fits perfectly. This hat provides a lot of protection from the sun, especially of an exposed neck. And it looks cute, too!

Another great Outdoor Research hat. I wanted a second Outdoor Research Solar Roller Hat, but it was out of stock. I purchased this one instead although the Solar is more stylish. Glad I did. The brim is wider in the back than the front and definitely protects my neck from the sun. I hand wash it in tepid water and let it drip-dry after rolling it in a hand towel to remove excess water. Both styles are fold-able, pack-able. The Sombrero is larger and more substantial due mostly to the brim. Really blocks the sun. Great for walks, hikes, and gardening.

One of the few hats that fits my large head. I wear an XL hat and they are hard to find especially in women’s sizes. Nice material- perfect for the beach or pool.

Love the very wide brim and the softness, good for keeping the sun off. Ended up returning for the off-white color instead of quartz. The neck cord does a good job keeping it on when it's windy. My only issue is that the back is so long that it bumps my pack.

The small size fits my small head perfectly, and matched up with the size chart measurements given. Excellent coverage and great for rain, too. The quartz color is very pretty, and not too pink; it's more of a peachy shade. I recall some reviews that complained about lack of breathability, but I haven't noticed that it's particularly hot; seems like any normal hat.

Lightweight material. Runs small - order a size larger than you think you need if you don’t want it to be tight.

The wide brim of this hat protects my face and neck from the sun. It is lightweight and the chin strap keeps it from blowing off in the wind. It's the best sun hat I have ever owned.

Excellent hat. Brim stays where you put it and the fabric is durable. Very comfortable. Adjustable so in a pinch I used it on a 1.5 year old.

This is an amazing and versatile summer hat. The brim is stiff enough to withstand gusty summer storms. Need to attend a physically-distanced wedding? Dress it up with some flowers or a scarf. Going for a weekend camping trip by kayak? Pack it along! I bought the XL size because I have a giant head. It fits!

Referenced the size chart and my hat is a perfect fit stays on in windy conditions. Great sun block for open trails. My fav so far!

Full protection from the sun and keeps your head cool in warm weather, protected when cold and windy. Love it!
