I needed all black shoes for nursing school, and I am so happy to have finally found some that aren't clunky looky and are comfortable when on my feet for 12-hour shifts. The one downside is the run smaller. I did order a half size up as other reviewers had said but I wish I would have ordered an entire size up so my thicker compression socks would fit in comfortably. Otherwise, this shoe is fabulous

LOVE LOVE LOVE these sneakers! Only thing is, I could barely get the size 8 on...I have been an 8 my whole adult life and never wore a 9 before. I returned the 8 for the 9 and they are perfect. I thank the person I spoke with on the phone at Zappos who immediately sent me the 9 to compare and then return. I'm about to buy another pair!

I always read reviews and glad the reviewers kept advising to go up a half size. I’m usually a solid 8. These Taos I ordered in 8 1/2 and they are a perfect fit with or without thin socks. They are cute as can be. I absolutely am tickled pink that these fit! So, if you’re on the fence, don’t be. They really feel great with no rubbing anywhere and my arches are supported. A well designed shoe. Very happy and will definitely be a fan of this Taos Brand.
Hope to buy another pair very soon. Maybe the light green!

Bought this shoes for Mom to wear them at all occasions. She felt in love with the brand's quality. I have order a few more shoes for her to enjoy.
Small lady, normally wears standard size but decided to go for a wide size for extra comfort above the toes. She wears them with thin-no-show socks for a better look but most importantly for comfort.

New Balance has been my source for workout shoes for years, but I have had a hard time finding wide shoes for the past few years. I had to return the last four pairs I ordered from New Balance because they did not fit. I finally found shoes that fit comfortably. They fit so well that I ordered a second pair. I love these shoes.
