My feet and legs hurt every time I wore them ! I tried several days in a row. Will be sending them back. Dissapointed.

Ordered Double Wide; box said "2E" but shoes inside were regular width

The color is horrible and fit different from previous sneaker - exact same model - disappointed.

For a double wide shoe, this was narrower than the wide shoe. Too short and too tight. Would not recommend this shoe.

The shoes were fine fit and color-wise, but really, Zappos, can you not even attempt to hide the fact that they were used? If you can't clean the soles or provide the original shoebox/packaging, why not 1) donate the used shoes or 2) label them as open box and sell for a reduced price. You are not thinking about the customer and their excited anticipation of New Shoes! and the let down when they receive obviously used shoes (for a cost of over $100). Much respect to Best Buy, who labels open boxes. The "Hassle Free" box you provide - not buying that shtick.

This shoe felt a good half to one size too short. And there was no support in the toe box area----just mesh that didn't feel "secure". The insole is comfortable. May be good enough for around the house but not to do any kind of exercise because of the lack of "solidness" in the forefoot area.

I sent these shoes back because I have a high instep. A strange combination of a narrow foot and a high instep causes me to shop only at zappos. I couldn't get my foot in these shoes. That is unusual since I bought New Balance before, but these didn't work for me.

The left sneaker fit perfectly. The right sneaker's heel was too wide. Too bad. I liked these.

This shoe is very cute, but style matters little with athletic shoes if they are not comfortable. There is nothing comfortable about this shoe. Even sitting they do not feel good. I've been a long time New Balance fan but these are being returned.

more than a whole size small. i wear a size 11 in Nikes, Hokas and Asics. with these my big toe is up against the front of the shoe. i think they would be a very comfortable shoe otherwise.
