These run so small, I'm a 7 and I ordered the 7.5 wide and they were so tight., I ordered an 8 wide and it was still very small and uncomfortable

I took the shoes back to the store in South Bay an the manager told me that her store wasn't a new balance store any more but she would take the shoes back as a courtesy. And she didn't give me a receipt. She was very rude. I didn't like that.

My feet literally died wearing these and i hate them

Make sure you know exactly how a sh I e fits with NB. No exchanges. You have to purchase sneakers again and wait min of 2 mos for refund. Unacceptable!

I sent them back right away did not fit was not happy with the quality of sneaker still waiting on credit sent back on April17 2020

This is now the second time I've had to request a return label. Last time I was sent the wrong color and now they are too small. Sizing was inaccurate

I bought a pair of these over a year ago a 1/2 size larger than what I wear. They were wonderful and fit perfect! I ordered another exact same pair a year later and fit like they were over a full size smaller. I returned them and I'm at a loss because the old pair was perfect.

I wear size 8 wide which is what I ordered. The shoe said 8 wide, but wasn't! My sister-in-law wears 7_71/2 and said these were too tight. Dumb me threw out the shipping papers too soon so I couldn't send them back!

I really wished I read the reviews prior to buying this product. I've worn this for 2 weeks now, hoping I would break into them. Initially, they were tight and figured like any other shoe, they would stretch... wrong!! I even went 1/2 a size up, but they are just too stiff! Not only this but they were causing my heels to hurt too. The only good thing about the shoe was it was actually slip resistant. I wouldn't recommend this product, they aren't work efficient when all you can think about is how much they hurt your feet.

looks nice but not comfortable at all, they fit very tight in from I order wide with but was enough, I would not recommend it.

They not slip resistance.like how it say Im si disappointed

she has a foot problem..she loved the cushion feel..thought she cold stretch them out..so not returnable..but not wearable either..I could not fit them either and I normally wear the same size..

Not enough cushioning, and they wore the skin off of my heel within about 2 hours.

Run so small I couldn't get my feet into them even though I bought the next size up because NB shoes run small. Normally I wear an 8and a half, but with NB I have to get a 9.

So uncomfortable.. I'm still waiting for my money back.

I ordered this pair of shoes for my work I thought it's gonna be comfortable like my other new balance shoes but m wrong. My heels hurts all day along after using this..it's very uncomfortable ...I wouldn't recommend to anyone...

Shoe runs small and wide is actually very narrow. I returned the 1st pair for a half size up. Fits in size but still feels very uncomfortable! On my feet for 12 to 15hrs a day and feels like I'm walking barefoot. I should have stayed with 626v2 such a better show! true to size and comfort!!!
