Fairly comfy and very cute design. However, the soft leather made it feel like they would pretty quickly stretch out into something too big. I didn't care for the different color leather on the footbed.

Very beautiful and stylish shoe, however, the size 7 was almost a size too long and ran a little narrow for my feet.

Loved the look but I have a high arch and instep and so the the two piece buckle and strap kept pinching the top of my foot. Had to return.

These shoes are so comfortable! I can wear them all day long at work with no sore feet. I wore them for about a month and unfortunately the bottom heel started to separate from the shoe and was causing problems. Luckily Zappos has amazing customer serve and a great return policy and let me return the shoes!

Loved the look of these, but not quite comfy enough. The piece that comes over the top of your foot is actually two pieces and where the two pieces meet/overlap pinched and left red marks after just 5 minutes of wear. Unfortunately going back, which thankfully is a seamless experience thanks to Zappos great customer service.

This is a gorgeous shoe, but it ran too big, and particularly, too wide. I do not have a narrow foot, and even a half size down (if there were such a thing), it would have been too wide in the toe box.

As others have commented, the reason I gave this an overall two star rating is because of the popping noise when I walk. This started after having them a month or two and wearing them regularly. Too late to return them, so I’m stuck with $170 shoes that make embarrassing noises when I walk. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on the style but the noise is keeping me from wearing them now.

These are super disappointing, especially since they are definitely not cheap. I second what someone else said about them making a loud popping noise after wearing them only a few times. I also find them to pinch my toes and become extremely uncomfortable after a few hours. ALSO the elastic on the straps makes them a bit too loose and creates painful chafing. In case it’s not clear I don’t recommend these and wish I hadn’t spent money on them.

These shoes were a disappointment for me. I will say that they look great on. At first they feel comfortable because the sole has nice cushioning. There is also an elasticity to the straps that I thought would be a plus but found to cause massive chafing because the straps aggressively rub against the top of my feet when I walk. Also, after wearing only a few times one of the shoes started making a loud popping noise with every step. Overall I’m pretty bummed I spent a fair amount of money on them and am not psyched to wear them.

Overall, I love the style and comfort of these shoes. However, I am very disappointed in the quality of the shoe. I purchased these 3 weeks ago, and have worn them a hand-full of times (5-6 times) and already they are falling apart. On one of the shoes the upper has separated from the outsole and makes a squeaking/popping sound when I walk. While on the other shoe, the top piece (on the bottom of the heel) is beginning to separate. I am so sadly disappointed in these, especially for the price that I paid! I've found better quality from items that I've purchased at Target, Zara, and Forever 21 than these. If I would've worn them more, or if they were several years old, I would understand why some of these things would be happening. Purely from normal wear. The plain truth is, I just haven't worn them that often for things like this to be happening. I would be hesitant to purchase this brand again for the price they are at.

Is it just me or is it almost impossible to find a sandal that works with pants and dresses? I thought this was 'the one', but it felt heavy on the foot and the buckle although serviceable seemed a bit clunky.

Disappointed. Well made and somewhat comfortable though strap across toes is tight. I imagine that would stretch out with wear. The contrast of the sole and insole with the rest of the shoe looks very strange. For the price I knew I was not going to feel good in theses.

I ordered a 10, received a 9, in a box for a size 8. The color is not as pictured, it is definitely a tan and not a rich brown.
