I also went with the purchase of a size 40 rather than my usual 39, and that advice was spot on. I have several foot and ankle problems requiring a bit of a wedge heel and the need for an extremely lightweight shoe/sandal. This is my first pair of Naots, and they tick every box for me. I need sandals to walk around in on vacation (especially at the outlet stores!) and I think these will work out well. Very happy with my purchase!

These shoes are wonderful. They fit true to size, they are comfortable as well as stylish. They work with my bunions. Also, I live in the city and walk a lot and they work.

Looks great but runs small. And definitely a lot narrower than most Naot styles.

I have another color version of Naot Frankie that I really like. I was hoping the Ice gray on this version would have been lighter, it's kind of a "dirty" gray, since I wanted a sandal with more of a white color. Would have been better for me if more of the sandal was white and less of the gray. Will still keep them since they go well enough with some of my summer wardrobe.

Fit well, maybe a bit on the short side. Nice cushion. I did return because although it had a bit of detailing on it, in person, it looked non-descript and I was looking for a bit more. It also work quite flat, but with nice cushion.

These seem like Great shoes. Unfortunately, they run really narrow & did not fit. I'm a 7M, 90% of the time, but would need either 7W or 7.5 W in this shoe. Not sure they come in half sizes or if they offer Wide. If they do, they are out of stock.

These shoes are really cute, but I felt my foot slip forward just a bit while I was wearing them. Decided to return.

Disappointed. they did not run narrow enough & left a gap on the top of my foot. I could walk out of them. Really a cute sandal but unfortunately didn’t fit my foot

I was looking for a slide sandal.This is a very attractive sandal. It feels too loose and therefore not secure on my feet. I feel like the band over the foot will loosen over time and then it wouldn't be safe to wear.

The Frankie fit very well I just wasn't crazy about the gold. I did get and keep them n another color combination. Felt a bit short from what I'm used to in a 38 but would not want to have gone up to a 39.

I ordered these in black and silver. They arrive quickly because Zappos is awesome! The sole appears thick but the shoe is very light weight. I ordered the normal size I wear, exchanged them for the next size up and they are still too small. They are also a pretty narrow shoe overall. The straps were stretchy and comfortable enough to accommodate my wider feet but looking down my feet look like they were spilling over because they are wider than the sole.

very pretty, but I was looking for an adjustable strap, as in the past with this brand I've found the straps tend to really stretch out

Great height for a comfortable sandal that feels better than a Birkenstock but the strap over the top is too loose .

A beautiful shoe, well made but ran small and a bit narrow for a 39. Footbed just didn’t work for my high arches.

Short footbed if you have a high instep. Lovely looking and I wish I could keep them. Ordered in teal.

I wish Naot came in a wide. I like the styles, the support it gives my feet, the materials are fine, but they are all too narrow.

I only resort to Zappos when I can’t find something elsewhere. They shipped the sandals without a box and clearly they were a return that had been worn at least indoors. Gross. I kept them because the shoes felt good and were hard to find.

Other reviews said that this style runs small, and I found that to be true, too. Love the shoe's look, but am returning it because of size.

Once I tried on the sandal, I did not care for the look of it on my foot.

Beautiful shoes! But when I walked in them I felt like I had a small rock under each toe. Also, the back strap was too long on the left shoe.

Loved these for the first few weeks I wore them (2-4 times). They are cute and don’t need any time to break in. However a few days ago I had to go up and down 11 flights of stairs due to a fire alarm in our building and the front strap bruised my foot and front tendons so badly that I had an actual black and blue foot! I think they will be ok for normal wear, but definitely not great for stair climbing!

Loved the looks of this shoe but it is narrow through the toe bed. Had to send them back. Boo hoo!

These fit a full size smaller. I would order a size up, but they don't make a size larger than what I ordered (Women's 11/42). Disappointed.
