I have always loved this series ever since the previous 3 version. It has perfect support for my studio workout (mainly kickboxing). The top of the shoes is soft enough to allow flexing of the feet and toes. Just enough lateral support, good traction on the floor while still allowing me to pivot and do quick turn on the spot movements for kicks. The sole do wore out after a while, I usually started feeling less traction after a year. I do kickboxing 3 times a week and have several shoes of the same kind which I rotate. I just recently donated the first versions of this shoes and they are 3 years old.

I'm fairly new to crossfit and wanted to get some trainers to meet the variance of the crossfit workouts, I was stuck between these and the nano 8's but decided to give these a try at such a great price. I'm so happy I did, they are the comfiest trainers I've owned, versatile for everything a WOD throws at me, run's are no issue, solid for heavy lifts, comfy for box jumps and double unders. I'm quite slim footed so struggle to find trainers that aren't too wide but these are perfect. Definitely recommend!

Perfect shoe for weight lifting. I regularly do classes at F45 and this is a great shoe for it! True to size!

Does everything I need for crossfit and boot camp.

Great for gym, likely not snug enough that I would run in them.

This is a pretty good show to train in. It is flat so if you are looking for arch support, look else where. But this shoe certainly lays the groundwork of cross training . The fit is good and I like that the tip has this laminate plastic that helps when your doing anything similar to that of like a plank position.

I have used Reebok previously, bought these for my wife, she finds them very comfortable

Purchased for my daughter - she liked the colour and found them very comfortable and practical.

I buy Reebok most of the time. They are great, and my go to shoe.

Unfortunately these were too big and too wide for me

Great for high intensity interval training! I had some issues with a sprained ankle with other shoes, but have been good to go since I switched to this style/model.

Nice stable shoes for lifting. Gives the support where needed. Ankle part is a little wide, but overall a great shoe for the money

Great shoe but order a 1/2 size smaller than your normal.

Super comfortable for WODs, OLY and running. My only issue is the material in the toe area is very stiff and warps in shape when bent.

Comfortable and light-weighted. Would recommend it highly.

I prefer the minimal sole for my crossfit workouts.

I would recommend this shoe, I didn't like this color so I ended up returning it but I have another pair in black that I love. The color is more of a hot pink than the orange I was expecting, so just a preference on color but this is one of my favorite shoes to workout in.

Purchased for teaching high impact classes and they are great for me. Ordered half a size down. Colour is lovely i almost didnt want to wear them!

I love the shoes, I would of given a 5 star review but they do seem to run slightly big not sos much I would return them but enough I notice on dog walks.

Recovering from surgery and these are very lightweight

The housing around the ankle is very stiff. The shoes feels like it slides during lunges.

It was very very cute but it's not good it to do Boot Camp.

Very lightweight but hold up extremely well for a tough bootcamp class. I have gotten a lot of compliments on the color. The only reason I gave them a 4 is that they do run wide so I have to really pull the laces tight

They match just about everything. You will need inserts, there is zero arch support
