It's hard to pick out a shoe without being able to try it on or even see it first, so I did as much research as I could. The Nano meets my requirements for a WOD which might mix weights, short bursts of running or any kind of METCON. The shoe provides slightly more ankle stability than regular sport shoes but it won't make you a lifting superstar just by wearing them. I love the red colour that I ordered, I was worried that it might be too much, but it looks really good. I got a half size up compared to my non-sport shoe but I usually go up a bit for sport shoes for extra comfort. Really liking the shoes so far

The fit was great. Very comfortable. I use my pair for Crossfit, but I would not recommend the shoes for running.

Great support and really comfy. They soak through pretty quickly so not ideal for early morning runs on grass.

So far they fit perfect, only had about a month. Definitely more support, but not too stiff.

Looks awesome but a little too big will get some smaller

This was such a great shoe for the box - nice comfort around the ankle and durable for AMRAPs. Would not recommend for rope climbs though. I was disappointed that the color is much more grey than black. Wish the website would have made that clear.

Not too wide like previous Nanos. Good support........

Really comfortable, well constructed trainer. I have wide feet at the toe and these don't leave me cramped. Great for both HIIT and lifting. Only downside is the insole has a slightly high arch, but it can be removed.

The grip is perfect for CrossFit. Mountain climbers, burpees, and all other forms of CrossFit torture are no problem in these shoes. Lots of toe room help when feet start to swell.

Hands down this is one of the most comfortable shoes for cross training, I'm giving this 4 starts only because the shoes run slightly narrow when my feet are wide. Other than that I no longer feel uncomfortable around my toes or feet when I workout for too long.

I like the comfort and the give, however it was a little wide on my narrow high arch foot. I also like the flatness that assists in my squats and weight lifting. I like it better than other shoes I've tried made for Crossfit, I just know to go a half size down next time!

Great shoe for weight lifting and HIIT workouts. Wished there were more color options. Have had for 2 weeks. Purchased size 9, which is what I wear in other competitor shoes and the 9 was perfect. I wear a size 8.5 in dress shoes.

I'm normally an 8.5-9 in shoes, but the 9 was too short for me. I returned them for a 9.5 and though they feel a little loose in the width, I like them a lot. I have very narrow feet, so I'm used to width being a problem. The best part is that the area around the ankle is so soft and comfortable. My old nike shoes used to dig into my ankles so badly that jerks, snatches and burpees would hurt. I don't have that problem now. I only go to crossfit classes 1-2 times a week, but my boyfriend, who goes 6-7 times a week, just ordered his second pair!

Overall I think it's a great shoe. I'm able to move well and they provide moderate support. When you hold it you can tell its made from quality material and will probably last a while. However, if you have wide feet this is not the show for you. When I was purchasing this show I looked for a wide option but didn't find one. I took a chance on these, and while I think overall the quality is good, the show just feels tight around my shoe. Even if I loosen the lasers there is still a slight discomfort around the midsection and top of my foot. I don't notice it too much during my WODs since other body parts but more at that time.They also don't breath as well as normal sneakers, but I've noticed that with a lot of shoes designed for CrossFit so I don't hold that against it. If these were available in wide I would give this a perfect rating.

Feet have plenty of room and the shoe supports my foot. Excellent for weight lifting and circuit training.

Comfortable, good front stability, wish there were half size as a bit short in length

Over time I've noticed them hurting the outside of my heels.

The toe box was wider and rounder than I expected compared to other athletic shoes. Other than that I like the look of the shoe. It performs well.

Comfortable shoes for CrossFit work and just day to day activities. My feet haven't hurt after walking a lot or standing a lot in these.
