I would go 1/2 a size down. Just a little too big but other than that they are a great trainer

Great CrossFit shoe I have had these since the nano 2's love them!

Bought them for cross fit classes and they definitely work well. A lot more stable than my running shoes.

I love the gum sole and the fit around my ankle. Great shoes for squatting in and absolutely love the colour way. A bit bigger fit around the toes than I am used to but the fit generally is very good ( I am a uk 7)

Great for exercising, I love the color ... just not so in love with the shape

I have always used more of a running style shoe to train but wanted to change to a more CrossFit style trainer to see what difference it made. First of all I would suggest ordering your normal size at least, I actually found these to run small and had to order a half size bigger in the end but customer service was helpful and the process was straight forward. I have used the trainers a few times to train and feel like I have got to grips with them. For weight training I think these are great, a nice firm sole and great support. I found initially when doing burpees that the toe was really uncomfortable but either the shoe has softened (in my few sessions) or I have adjusted my movement because the last session I didn't have any discomfort during burpees (well none from the trainer). I have found these to be overall a great trainer and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love these shoes, my feet are wide so a good shoe without toe seams is an absolute winner! Great for Crossfit and they have a decent amount of arch support not like the older versions of this show. I'm not sure of the durability of the shoe upper only time will tell but they seem quite flimsy. I have another pair in flex weave that seem a lot more durable but regardless I love them.

I will recommend nano 8 to anybody because it's the most versatile training shoes in the market

Absolutely love this product! I have a wider foot than normal though.

Good fit, comfortable but not very breathable. Hold up well for CrossFit workouts. Even the rope didn't hurt them any!

Love the feel!! Great for lifting and provide good balance.

Most shoes start to give me shin splints when I run and these shoes did not do that.

So far they are comfortable,I'd buy again!!!!!!!!!

Great shoes for lifting & crossfit, and how nice they look is an added bonus. I do get wicked shin splints running in these, even though they're supposed to be good for WODs with some running. But that doesn't stop me from wearing them.

These are my first CrossFit shoes. Love the support I get when lifting and love the grip on the bottom for hiit and cardio routines. My only problem with them is the toe area. Because of how wide they are in the front and having skinny feet makes it a little awkward when I do certain exercises like burpees, planks, mountain climbers etc. I feet also get very hot and sweat a lot with these. Overall, a great CrossFit shoe and I'm super happy with my purchase!

Amazing comfort, great support. A little bit big but fine with thick socks, I would recommend half a size down.

Very comfortable and seems to work for all my CrossFit needs. Mesh seems like it won't last long before I get a hole in it. That's why I gave a 4 star but we will see

Very durable multipurpose shoe. I just wish it had a little more arch support.

stability is great for gym floor exercises with weights and movements, good planted base.

The shoe is nicely built, but the place where it flexes for the step is awkward. It's a bit low and it can be distracting when i'm running or working out. Very comfortable with standing or lifting.

AWESOME shoe! Just not the best for rope climbs. I love the Nano 5 for rope climbs.
