Really nice shoes! It was recommended to get half a size smaller than my usual size, but they are a little on the small size. I'd recommed getting your usual size.

These are my current favorite morning-workout-at-the-gym shoe. Not too heavy, plenty of toe room, cushioned sole without being too built up. I wasn't really wanting a white shoe, but now they are just so great on every other important issue, that the color seemed minor. Hopefully these will still be around when I wear these out and need my next pair!

I purchased Nanos before and loved them, but when it was time to replace them I wasn't sure I'd find a pair I would like as much. I saw these and they seemed like a good fit. Flexweave also seemed like a plus, especially with my sweaty feet. I tried them on and they were very comfortable and flexible. After my first workout with them (following a Friday double at work) my feet felt great and they didn't sweat. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who lifts or does Crossfit.
