Great quality shoe, but they're just a little stiff. My wife has a pair and loves them but they're just a little stiff for her liking.

These are great cross fit shoes. I use them for mostly weight lifting and small amounts of cardio (ie, 10-15mins on treadmill). I love how supportive they are. Most of the trainers at my gym wear them too. I even bought a second pair.

A perfect crossfit shoe - great grip, light and amazing looks. The size is on the lager side, so went down half a size. Over all, totally recommend this shoe!
