These are comfortable - for walking. However, they lack the rigidity required to actually hike on uneven terrain. I feel like they would fall apart after a few hikes. They also do not provide enough support for 7-8 hour challenging hikes. I used to have The North Face Verbera Lite Mid GTX, which were the best hiking boots I have ever owned. I wish the quality of those boots had been upheld in the versions for this year......kind of an epic fail.

Will use them in June 2018. They feel great out-of-the-box! Good fitting and good looking boot. I needed a waterproof, arch-supporting boot. Highly recommended.

I wore these hiking boots on my trek to Everest Base Camp, walking 12 days straight in uneven, muddy terrain. And they were awesome! Never had any blisters, kept my feet dry when it got wet in streams, and kept my feet warm. Would recommend them!

I bought these to walk the dogs. Sometimes it's snowy; sometimes it's icy; sometimes it's rainy; sometimes it's hot and dry. They fit perfectly right out of the box. Cushiony insole, cushiony around the ankle. They have a narrow profile, but don't feel tight. I bought them for the gore-Tex and for the vibrant sole, but am happy with much more.

I have very bad feet. I wore these boots today for the 1st time. I did a 6 mile hike. This boot felt so good around the ankle. Ankle felt so aligned. Didnt have the usual pain in my feet as I have with other hiking boots. The only thing I would like more is if the sole was a little more padded.

These boots are beautiful in person. I was hesitant about the width as my feet are wide. I was impressed with the comfort, the style and how light weight they are.

I am going on a hiking trip through Arizona and would recommend these shoes they really do last a long time, make sure to break them in before long periods of use and also break in new socks. I would suggest trying them on with thick socks to make sure they fit properly.

I needed a lightweight, waterproof boot with good traction for work and these are perfect! I just wish they had more neutral colors for women in different styles.

In the past 2 weeks I've owned these I've taking them on many different hikes ranging from easy hikes to a 14 mile, 3000ft elevation gain hike. So far, these have been amazing. No break in time, water resistant, ideal grip (even on snow covered trails).

I got these for my wife to get her to join me on my hiking adventures. These are great for the outdoors. They are very practical, stylish, comfortable and also well made. I also own the male version of these. My previous hiking boots were hideous looking and also very bulky. These have the casual feel to them and yet are waterproof, breathable, and have the ankle support for active hikes, I would highly recommend them.

I bought these boots in preparation for a kayaking/hiking trip into the wilderness of the Great Smokies and they were worth every penny. I hiked through rain and mud and up very steep terrain and my feet remained dry and comfortable. They are very lightweight and durable as well as stylish!

I bought these hiking boots for my upcoming trip to Iceland. I have only worn them around the house. So I can't give much insight except that they have been very comfortable and at least in the heat of Atlanta I was very comfortable since the boot breathes.

This is a lightweight shoe that keeps your feet dry. I use these shoes as a casual option running errands. Easy to get on and off - love the built in tongue. Great shoe for everyday wear in the elements and the I get lots of compliments on the color!

I love these boots. They are a little stiff so they do need to be broken in before a long hike. My feet stayed amazingly dry in them!

These are comfortable and very durable for hiking. They aren't so bulky that they lose flexibiity like some hiking boots.

I've only used these boots to do a treetop adventure so far and they did amazingly. I didn't need to break them in. I wore them for 3 hours doing obstacles and my feet felt great.

Great shoe for hiking and walking. The boot is surprisingly lightweight. The tongue is sewed-in so it adds an extra level of waterproofing as no water will seep in. The boot fits to size and is incredibly comfortable to wear and walk in all day. They kept my feet dry and warm when trekking in Patagonia!
